The Academy of Performing Arts is a theatre centre and a school of theatre and performance, operating since 2010 in Tel Aviv, in collaboration with the Open University of Israel.

Montefiore (Hebrew: מונטיפיורי) is a neighborhood in the center of Tel Aviv, Israel.

Tmu-na Theater (Hebrew: תיאטרון תמונע) is a community theater and performance center, featuring acts that veer towards the fringe and avant garde. The theater is situated on Soncino Road 8 in the Montefiore neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel, and contains four event halls. The theater's artistic director is Nava Zuckerman.The theater was founded in 1987 by Nava Zuckerman, with the help of Micky Zuckerman and Ilan Rozental, at first as a place for fringe productions of the ensemble of the theater, which Nava Zuckerman had established in 1981. The "Tmu-na" Ensemble had a repertoire of circa 30 plays and participated in various festivals in Israel and the rest of the world, among them the Acre Festival, the Israel Festival, Theatronetto, the Edinburgh Festival, and others. The ensemble has roughly 140 performances per year. Since 1999 the place has developed into a multidisciplinary center for dance, music, literature and the fine arts as well. It annually exhibits more than 550 theater shows, around 80 dance acts, 50 literature and poetry nights and over 350 music events and more.

Salon Mazal (סלון מזל) was an infoshop in Tel Aviv, Israel. Its purpose was to spread information and raise awareness of issues related to social change, including human rights, animal rights, the environment, globalization, social and economic oppression, consumerism, feminism and gender issues. It ran by an open, non-hierarchical collective of volunteers at 32 Yitzhak Sadeh Street, Tel Aviv.

The Alon Towers (Hebrew: מגדלי אלון) is an office skyscraper complex in Tel Aviv, Israel. Built between 2013 and 2017, the complex consists of two twin towers standing at 161.7 m (531 ft) with 42 floors each. They share the title of the current 18th tallest buildings in Israel.

The HaArba'a Towers (Hebrew: מגדלי הארבעה) (also known as The Four Towers) is an office skyscraper complex in Tel Aviv, Israel. Built between 2013 and 2017, the complex consists of two towers standing at 160 m (520 ft) tall with 38 floors (Tower 1) respectively 146 m (479 ft) tall with 35 floors (Tower 2).

HaMasger Street (Hebrew: רחוב המסגר Translation: "The Metalsmith") is a street in Tel Aviv, Israel. It borders Montefiore Street on the west, and runs parallel to the Ayalon Freeway.

Medial Tower (Hebrew: המגדל התיכון, HaMigdal HaTikhon), is a high-rise commercial building in Tel Aviv, Israel. Construction began in 2001, and it was completed in 2004. It is 89.00 metre high. It was designed in the modernist architectural style.

The Electra Tower, previously Amkor Tower or Elco Tower, is an office skyscraper in Tel Aviv, Israel, located on Yigal Allon Street. At 165 meters, it is one of the tallest buildings in the city. Originally it was planned to be 235 meters in height with 65 floors, which would have made it Tel Aviv's tallest tower and one of the country's tallest buildings upon completion, but the final plan lowered this to a 45-floor skyscraper. The building was completed in January 2011.Fifteen (initially five) of the tower's floors, totaling 8000 m2 are rented by Google Israel. This includes one floor of 1500 m2 for a business incubator campus launched in December 2012.Additional notable residents are Waze, PayPal, Klarna, Broadcom and Golan Telecom.

The Azrieli Sarona Tower is a skyscraper in the Sarona neighborhood, Tel Aviv, Israel, on Begin Road. It is 238.5 metres (782 ft) high with 61 floors. It is the tallest building in Israel, followed by Ramat Gan's 235-meter-high Moshe Aviv Tower.

Begin Road is a major thoroughfare in Tel Aviv, Israel. It begins at Allenby Street and runs to its northern end which is at Arlozorov Interchange on Ayalon Highway. There is one interchange along Begin Road, Kaplan Interchange, located near Azrieli Center and Tel Aviv HaShalom railway station, with two lanes in each direction passing under Kaplan Street. Another interchange, Ma'ariv Bridge, was demolished on August 21, 2015, as part of the works to build the Carlebach station of Tel Aviv Light Rail. The road is named after Menachem Begin. Before 2001 it was known as Petah Tikva road.

The Embassy of Sweden in Tel Aviv is Sweden's diplomatic mission in Israel. Sweden first recognized Israel de facto in 1949 and de jure in 1950, establishing a legation the following year with Gösta Hedengren as chargé d'affaires. The legation was elevated to embassy status in 1957. While Israel moved its Ministry of Foreign Affairs from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem in 1957, Sweden—like most countries—has kept its embassy in Tel Aviv, and the question of relocation has remained unresolved. The embassy represents Sweden in Israel, maintains political dialogue, monitors developments, promotes trade, research, and cultural exchange, and provides consular services. It also manages Sweden's honorary consulates in Eilat and Haifa, while Sweden's Consulate General in Jerusalem reports directly to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Stockholm due to the city's special international status. Since 1951 the chancery has moved several times within Tel Aviv and is currently located in the Adgar 360 building. The ambassador's residence has been situated in Herzliya Pituah since 1966, with the current property acquired in 1989 and upgraded over time, including the installation of solar panels enabling energy self-sufficiency.
