HaArba'a Towers

Medial Tower (Hebrew: המגדל התיכון, HaMigdal HaTikhon), is a high-rise commercial building in Tel Aviv, Israel. Construction began in 2001, and it was completed in 2004. It is 89.00 metre high. It was designed in the modernist architectural style.

HaArba'a Street (The Four street) is a famous commercial street in central Tel Aviv, Israel. It was named after four members of the Haganah that were killed there in 1946 in an attack on nearby British Police that was nearby. The street begins in the "Tel Aviv Cinematheque plaza" named by officer – policeman Shmuel Weizman and ending by Begin Road in Sarona, until the Cinematheque was established in 1989 the square by the start of the street was triangular. Route of the road was the southern border of the German Colony Sarona in the north to the present to a number of houses Templars. Houses closest to the street were built later, in proportion to the rest of village houses, and they have the international style that most new houses were built of Tel Aviv in the 1930s, before abandoning the colony. Today the street is part of the business square in Tel Aviv and is analogous to the business of Hahashmonaim and is part of the South Campus. Part of this project have been built so far at the eastern end of the street, late '90s, three office towers − Millennium Tower, Tower East, Platinum Tower and beside them a unique structure of the plant matter of IEC. With companies located in the towers are among Israel Corp., Israel Chemicals and KPMG. tower East state Comptroller office is located. Millennium Tower Restaurant is the home of chef Aviv Moshe. The street is "Templar winery" near the German Colony – Templar "Sharona" designed to make the market structure. This street offices also located in the center of local government in Israel.

The June 2016 Tel Aviv shooting, which occurred on 8 June 2016 in Tel Aviv, Israel, was a terrorist attack in which two Palestinian gunmen opened fire on patrons at the Max Brenner Cafe in the Sarona Market, killing four people and injuring seven others. The perpetrators were caught alive by the security forces and put in custody. According to an official indictment filed by the Tel Aviv District Prosecutor's Office the perpetrators were inspired by the Islamic State group.

The Azrieli Sarona Tower is a skyscraper in the Sarona neighborhood, Tel Aviv, Israel, on Begin Road. It is 238.5 metres (782 ft) high with 61 floors. It is the tallest building in Israel, followed by Ramat Gan's 235-meter-high Moshe Aviv Tower.

Ironi Alef High School (Hebrew: תיכון עירוני א'), previously Gymnasia Balfour (גימנסיה בלפור), is a notable high school located in Tel Aviv, Israel. Also known as Aleph High School of Arts Tel Aviv-Yafo.

Begin Road is a major thoroughfare in Tel Aviv, Israel. It begins at Allenby Street and runs to its northern end which is at Arlozorov Interchange on Ayalon Highway. There is one interchange along Begin Road, Kaplan Interchange, located near Azrieli Center and Tel Aviv HaShalom railway station, with two lanes in each direction passing under Kaplan Street. Another interchange, Ma'ariv Bridge, was demolished on August 21, 2015, as part of the works to build the Carlebach station of Tel Aviv Light Rail. The road is named after Menachem Begin. Before 2001 it was known as Petah Tikva road.

Kaplan Street is a major thoroughfare in central Tel Aviv, Israel, running from the Azrieli Center interchange on its eastern edge, to Ibn Gabirol Street on its western edge.

Sarona is a neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel which started as a German Templer Colony in Palestine in 1871. It was one of the earliest modern villages established by Europeans in Ottoman Palestine. In July 1941, the British Mandate authorities deported 188 residents of Sarona, who were considered hard-core Nazi sympathizers. By the 2000s, the area had fallen into disrepair and was a haven for drug addicts. However, since 2003, the area has undergone massive renovation, which involved moving and relocating historical buildings before their restoration. The area is now a popular shopping district, as well as housing museums, cultural artifacts centering on its history, and IDF complexes.

Tmu-na Theater (Hebrew: תיאטרון תמונע) is a community theater and performance center, featuring acts that veer towards the fringe and avant garde. The theater is situated on Soncino Road 8 in the Montefiore neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel, and contains four event halls. The theater's artistic director is Nava Zuckerman.The theater was founded in 1987 by Nava Zuckerman, with the help of Micky Zuckerman and Ilan Rozental, at first as a place for fringe productions of the ensemble of the theater, which Nava Zuckerman had established in 1981. The "Tmu-na" Ensemble had a repertoire of circa 30 plays and participated in various festivals in Israel and the rest of the world, among them the Acre Festival, the Israel Festival, Theatronetto, the Edinburgh Festival, and others. The ensemble has roughly 140 performances per year. Since 1999 the place has developed into a multidisciplinary center for dance, music, literature and the fine arts as well. It annually exhibits more than 550 theater shows, around 80 dance acts, 50 literature and poetry nights and over 350 music events and more.

Tel Aviv Cinematheque (also called: Doron Cinema center) is a cinematheque and movie archive, opened in Tel Aviv on 12 May 1973. The Cinematheque, located at HaArba'a Street 2, has five screening halls . The Cinematheque programming includes Israeli and foreign films and offers private business screenings to help support the enterprise. Sometimes screenings are held for new Israeli films. Film festivals held at the cinematheque include TLVFest, "Doc Aviv" Documentary Film Festival, "Moments of French Cinema", an Australian Film Festival and more. The festivals are supported by groups such as the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. The cinematheque lobby hosts photo exhibitions by Israeli artists. It also publishes a film journal called "Cinematheque". The current building was designed by Israeli Architect Salo Hershman, and was opened in 1989.

Kirya Tower (also known as the HaYovel Tower) is a skyscraper in Tel Aviv, Israel. At 158 m (42 floors), it is the 20th tallest building in Israel. Construction was completed in 2005 on land previously belonging to the IDF HaKirya base. The tower is located near the Tel Aviv's tallest skyscraper cluster, the Azrieli Center complex, and is occupied largely by government offices. The consolidation of many of these offices in the tower, which were previously spread out all over the Tel Aviv district, allowed the release of a considerable amount of high-value government land to private development, as well as introducing efficiencies from housing many government functions under one roof. The tower has a helipad on its roof. It was originally planned to have 28 floors for government functions only, with the additional 14 floors being approved during construction. 13 of these top floors were approved for use by private sector offices, and the top 11 floors have floor-to ceiling windows. An external elevator serves the uppermost floors, and an underpass connects the building with the tower's underground parking. The rent being paid by the government is $16/square metre per month for the next 20 years.
