Old Warden Tunnel nature reserve

Old Warden Tunnel is an abandoned railway tunnel near the village of Old Warden in Bedfordshire.

Wardon or Warden Abbey, Bedfordshire, was one of the senior Cistercian houses of England, founded about 1135 from Rievaulx Abbey. It is a Grade I listed building.

Eastcotts Castle was a medieval castle located in the parish of Eastcotts, at the edge of Exeter Wood, in the county of Bedfordshire, England. Eastcotts Castle is believed to have been constructed during the late 11th, or early 12th, centuries. It was a small motte castle, made of timber, located on the northern edge of the Bedfordshire Greensand Ridge. It was in a prime location, overlooking the village of Cardington, as well as the River Ouse. Only earthworks remain at the site, which is a Scheduled Monument, located in Exeter Wood, 780m south east of Wood Farm.

In 1995 the site was classified as a Scheduled Monument.

Church of All Saints is a Grade I listed church in Cople, Bedfordshire, England. It became a listed building on 13 July 1964. The church, dedicated to All Saints, is constructed of sandstone and Dunstable clunch, in the Early English Period and Perpendicular styles. It contains a chancel with side chapels, nave with clerestory, aisles, south porch and a tower containing 5 bells. On the north side of the chancel, there is a marble altar tomb. The nave and chancel have been restored since 1877. The register dates from the year 1560. Its patron was Christ Church, Oxford.

The settlement is close to Cotton End and Wilstead. It is a tiny group of just 3 cottages and some farms on the Wilstead Road. Until 2019 Herrings Green forms part of the Eastcotts civil parish.
