Baker's Wood is a hamlet 2 miles west of Denham (where at the 2011 Census the population was included) off the A40 in Buckinghamshire, England. The hamlet has a private road designation and a residents' association, which looks after the interests of the residents, maintenance of verges (in trust) and the road.

It lies beneath Heathrow's Class D airspace London CTR. VFR entry/exit points are at Maple Cross (CHT) and St Giles Church. Entry lanes and circuit height are at 1,000 ft (300 m) MSL. It has one paved runway, aligned 06/24, a parallel grass runway and another grass runway aligned 12/30. It also has substantial hangarage. Denham Aerodrome has a CAA Ordinary Licence (Number P646) that allows flights for the public transport of passengers or for flying instruction as authorised by the licensee (Bickertons Aerodromes Limited).

Hills House is a 17th-century residence located on the Village Road in Denham, Buckinghamshire, England. In the late 1930s and early 1940s, it was the home of actress Merle Oberon and her husband, the film producer Sir Alexander Korda. In 1975 the house was purchased by Sir John and Lady Mills.

Denham Film Studios was a British film production studio operating from 1936 to 1952, founded by Alexander Korda, in Buckinghamshire. Notable films made at Denham include Brief Encounter and David Lean's Great Expectations. From the 1950s to the 1970s the studio became best known for recording film music, including the scores for Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and Star Wars. The studio buildings were demolished in 1981 and the site re-landscaped as a business park; as of 2017 it has been turned over to residential use.

Northmoor Hill Wood is an 8.7 hectares (21 acres) Local Nature Reserve in Denham in Buckinghamshire. It is also of geological interest.The western area near the entrance has wet clay flora, with alder woodland, sedges, rushes, yellow archangel and star of Bethlehem orchids. Geologically, this is Reading Formation, dating to the Tertiary period. The eastern part is chalk, and an old chalk quarry exposes layers dating to the Cretaceous period.There is access from Tilehouse Lane opposite Denham Aerodrome, and the site has a car park.

Denham is a village and civil parish in the unitary authority of Buckinghamshire, England, approximately 17 miles (27 km) from central London, 2 miles (3 km) northwest of Uxbridge and just north of junction 1 of the M40 motorway. The name is derived from the Old English for "homestead in a valley". It was listed in the Domesday Book of 1086 as Deneham. Denham contains the Buckinghamshire Golf Club.

Savay Farm is a Grade I listed twelfth century farmhouse in Denham, Buckinghamshire, England.The house has a timber frame and red brick nogging.It was granted Grade I status in September 1955, protecting it from unauthorised alteration or demolition.Past owners of the house have included the Durdent Family (1130-1512) after whom the house was once named and Lt-Gen. Gerald Goodlake VC, a veteran of the Crimean War and recipient of the Victoria Cross. Goodlake's medals are currently held in the Regimental Headquarters of the Grenadier Guards in the Wellington Barracks, Westminster. Savay Farm was later lived in by Sir Oswald Mosley, a British politician and the founder of the British Union of Fascists. He lived at Savehay Farm (name used by the Mosleys)with his wife, Lady Cynthia Mosley (nee Curzon)]. On the 23rd May 1940, officers of Special Branch raided Savay Farm in conjunction with Mosley's internment and found a collection of firearms and ammunition.As of December 2016, the house is in private ownership. It is within 300 metres (330 yd) of the proposed path of the High Speed 2 railway, which would pass the house on the 30 metres (33 yd) high Colne Valley Viaduct.

The Denham Roundabout is a road junction in Denham, Buckinghamshire. It was originally opened in 1943 in conjunction with the completion of the new Western Avenue route into west London. The Western Avenue took over the classification of the A40, with the previous route to London, via Uxbridge and Ealing, being reclassified as the A4020. The roundabout also included a new link to A412 that formed part of the outer London orbital route. Since 1973, the westbound A40, now flows into the M40 motorway at this point. The roundabout below facilitates junction 1 (J1) of the motorway to connect with the westbound continuation of the A40, together with the intersection of the road from Uxbridge (A4020) and the road from Slough to Watford (A412).When the M40 from Denham to High Wycombe was built, Western Avenue was extended at high level to make an end-on join with the motorway, and a larger roundabout was built below the bridges carrying the motorway. When first laid out, the roundabout had the traffic going round it clockwise in the usual way, but as traffic volumes built up, the layout was altered so that the traffic moved round the roundabout in both directions, making it a ring junction with roundabouts at the points that other roads join the main roundabout.

Kingcup Meadows and Oldhouse Wood is a 13.2-hectare (33-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest south of Denham in Buckinghamshire.The site is a mosaic of different habitats next to the River Alder Bourne, including unimproved pasture and woodland. The meadows have dry and wet grassland, swamp and fen. The eastern fields are grazed by cattle and the eastern ones, which are drier, have a late hay crop. Grasses include red fescue and in drier areas and creeping bent in wetter ones. Oldhouse Wood has ash and field maple on upper slopes and oak and birch on lower ones. There are several species of dragonfly.There is access from a road between Copse Hill Farm and Willetts Lane.
