The White Ernz (Luxembourgish: Wäiss Iernz, French: Ernz blanche, German: Weiße Ernz) is a river flowing through Luxembourg, joining the Sauer at Reisdorf. It flows through the towns of Larochette, Medernach and Ermsdorf. The river valley also includes the notable feature of having a twin castle from the 14th century named Larochette Castle.

Bettendorf Castle (Luxembourgish: Schlass Bettenduerf; French: Château de Bettendorf) is located in the village of Bettendorf in eastern Luxembourg. While there appears to have been a castle from the 13th century, today's Baroque building dates from 1728 and was restored in 1962. The castle is privately owned and is not open to the public. In 2007, the castle and its parkland, were added to Luxembourg's national register of classified monuments.

Bettendorf (Luxembourgish: Bettenduerf) is a commune and town in eastern Luxembourg. It lies along the river Sauer. It is part of the canton of Diekirch, which is part of the district of Diekirch. As of 2001, the town of Bettendorf itself, which lies in the centre of the commune, has a population of 1,045. Other towns within the commune include Bleesbruck, Gilsdorf and Moestroff. The privately owned Bettendorf Castle dates from 1728 and is built in the Baroque style.

Eppeldorf (Luxembourgish: Eppelduerf) is a village in the commune of Ärenzdallgemeng, in eastern Luxembourg between Bettendorf and Beaufort. As of 2005, the village has a population of 176.

Bettel (Luxembourgish: Bëttel) is a village in the commune of Tandel, in north-eastern Luxembourg. As of 2001, the village had a population of 207. Until 1 January 2006, Bettel was part of the commune of Fouhren, which was merged with the commune of Bastendorf to form the modern commune of Tandel. Bettel is situated on the river Our, just opposite the German border and the village of Roth an der Our.

Wallendorf (Eifel) is a municipality in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate, on the Sauer river. Wallendorf was first mentioned in an old document from 1136 as "Vualcheresdorf". It is located on the German side of a bridge connecting it to the Luxembourgish town of Wallendorf-Pont. The bridge was of strategic importance during the Battle of the Bulge in World War II.

It is located on the Sauer river, on the border with Germany. It is connected to the German town of Wallendorf by a bridge.
