RCAF Stadium (Royal Cambodia Armed Forces Stadium), also known as the Old Stadium or Lambert Stadium, is a stadium in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It has a capacity of 8,000 spectators. It is the home stadium of National Defense Ministry FC of the Cambodian League. The stadium also hosts matches of the Cambodia national football team.

The Embassy of France in Cambodia (French: Ambassade de France au Cambodge; Khmer: ស្ថានទូតបារាំងប្រចាំកម្ពុជា, romanized: s̥tʰān-dūt-pā-rāṃṅ-p̥r-cāṃk-m̥bu-jā) is the primary diplomatic mission of France to Cambodia. It is located in the capital Phnom Penh. It is known for the role it played as a place of refuge for foreigners and at-risk Cambodians after the Khmer Rouge takeover for several days until foreigners were forced to go to Thailand while the regime forced Cambodians to stay in the country.

Calmette Hospital (Khmer: មន្ទីរពេទ្យកាល់ម៉ែត, Môntirpéty Kălmêt) or L'hôpital Calmette, located on Monivong Boulevard in Phnom Penh, is a public hospital managed by Ministry of Health and funded by the Cambodian and French governments. It is considered as Cambodia's flagship health care centre. The name of the hospital was derived from Albert Calmette, a renowned French bacteriologist. Calmette Hospital was built in 1950 and received support from several French organizations. In 1998, it was staffed by 30 physicians and surgeons and 50 nurses. There were 250 beds, as well as surgical, medical, gynecology and obstetrics departments, along with a radiology unit (including ultrasound and echocardiogram but no computer tomography), hematology, biochemistry and microbiology laboratories for medical analyses, a central pharmacy and an outpatient clinic. There is also a 10-bed intensive care unit,It is a fee-for-service hospital that offers a second tier of care for those who are unable to pay. The hospital provides health care services for the citizens of Phnom Penh (73%), surrounding provinces (17%), and to foreigners (10%). Calmette has approximately fifteen thousand in-patients per year of which 20% are emergency visits. Trauma-related injuries accounted for 47% of the emergency visits to Calmette in 2005. It was the most common reason for seeking emergency services in 2006. In addition, cranial trauma was the leading cause of mortality from the emergency department (accounting for 38% of the mortality rate).

Norton University (NU; Khmer: សាកលវិទ្យាល័យន័រតុន, Sakâlvĭtyéaloăy Noărtŏn) is a private university in Cambodia registered with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. It was established in 1996. The University was one of the first private Cambodian educational institutions. Norton university is considered to be the Best IT Education Center in Cambodia years after its establishment, and was chosen by National ICT Development Authority (NiDA), Ministry of Post-Telecommunications (MPTC), International Data Group (IDG) to receive the award in 2010. The university has two campuses both based in Phnom Penh. The current Rector, and Vice Rector of Norton University are Professor Chan Sok Khieng and Professor Un Van Thouen, respectively.

The Al-Serkal Mosque is the main mosque in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. It was a gift from Al Serkal Family, United Arab Emirates and opened in 1968. It is situated north of the town, near the Boeung Kak lake, which is now dry. A new building, gift of the United Arab Emirates, has replaced the original mosque, it opened in 2014.

The National Archives of Cambodia are located in Phnom Penh. The collections include newspapers, magazines, photographs, posters, maps and drawings.

The National Library of Cambodia (Khmer: បណ្ណាល័យជាតិកម្ពុជា; French: Bibliothèque nationale du Cambodge) is the national library of Cambodia, based in Phnom Penh. The Khmer Rouge destroyed most of the books and bibliographical records, only less than 20% of the material survived.

The Children's Surgical Centre (CSC) is a non-profit, non-governmental, and non-religious surgical hospital in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and registered as a 501(c)(3) in the United States. Founded in 1998, the centre aims to improve the quality of life for disabled children and adults by providing free rehabilitative surgery. Surgeries at CSC include orthopedic surgery, ophthalmology, ent surgery and plastic and burn surgery. The organization also has a training program in order to help develop sustainable health services in Cambodia. CSC was the subject of the BBC documentary Cambodia Surgical Ward, which aired in January 2010, and was selected as one of BBC's top 10 programs of the year

The Hotel Le Royal is a hotel located Daun Penh District, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It was first established in 1929. It is today operated by the Raffles Hotels & Resorts.

The National Television of Cambodia (TVK; Khmer: ទូរទស្សន៍ជាតិកម្ពុជា) is the national television station of Cambodia. It is owned and operated by the government of Cambodia in Phnom Penh together with the national radio station, National Radio of Cambodia (RNK; Khmer: វិទ្យុជាតិកម្ពុជា). TVK is member of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU).TVK broadcasts nine hours on weekdays and seventeen hours on weekends. On weekdays it is separated into two sessions, morning session from 11:30 to 14:30, and evening session from 17:00 to 23:00, and on weekends it broadcasts in one section from 6:00 to 23:00. Reruns are also broadcast at night.

Tuol Kouk (Khmer: ទួលគោក [tuəl.koːk]; meaning "Dry Hill") is a district (khan) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Tuol Kouk is well known for the large villas in its northern part of the district. This district is subdivided into 10 sangkats and 143 villages. The district has an area of 7.99 km2. After boundary changes, its population has decreased to 145,570.Tuol Kouk contains a mixture of villas, small wooden houses, commercial warehouses and NGO offices (including Live and Learn Environmental Education). The Toul Kouk intersection at street 298 and Confederation de la Russie is the primary entrance to Tuol Kouk and marks the eastern extreme of the Royal University of Phnom Penh main campus. The ministries of Defense, Rural Development, Women’s Affairs, and a variety of commercial enterprises are located along the main roads of the district.

Boeung Kak (Khmer: បឹងកក់) is an area in Khan Daun Penh and Khan Toul Kork centrally located in the capital city of Cambodia, Phnom Penh. Until around 2010, it was covered by the largest urban lake in Phnom Penh. Residential areas, businesses, restaurants, hotels, embassies and other local businesses surrounded the area of the lake. Phnom Penh's main railway station formerly sat on its south coast. The lake itself was 90 hectares in area.In 2007 the Cambodian government made an agreement to lease the land to Shukaku Inc. for 99 years. This agreement has resulted in the filling of the lake with sand in order for the company to build condominiums and other complexes on the land. The change of the lake and the area surrounding the lake has had major social and environmental impact. Several non-governmental organizations in Cambodia as well as international actors have protested the destruction of Boeung Kak Lake. In 2010, 90 percent of the lake had already been filled with sand. As of 2015, roads and drainage infrastructure has been installed and real estate development is taking place there.
