Pagasarri

Recalde (or Errekalde) is the seventh district of the city of Bilbao (Biscay), in the Spanish Basque Country. It is divided into the following neighborhoods: Amezola, Iralabarri, Iturrigorri-Peñascal, Rekaldeberri-Larraskitu and Uretamendi. The meaning of Errekalde in Basque is 'near the creek' (erreka 'creek' and alde 'near'). In 2016 the district's population was 47,245 in an area of 6.96 square kilometers.

Plaza de Toros de Vista Alegre (officially Vista Alegre zezen plaza) is a bullring in Bilbao, Spain. It is currently used for bull fighting. The stadium was built in 1882 and holds 14,781 people.

Bilbao Arena is an indoor arena in the neighbourhood of Miribilla in Bilbao, Spain. The central hall can hold up to 10,014 people for basketball games. The central hall is also used for concerts and other kinds of shows. The facilities also include swimming pools and gymnasiums for the use of the local residents.

Pabellon Municipal de Deportes La Casilla is a 5,000-seat arena in Bilbao, Spain, primarily used for basketball. It was the home arena of Bilbao Basket.

Ganekogorta is a mountain in the border of the provinces of Biscay and Alava (Basque Country, Spain), just between Bilbao and Llodio. It has a height of 998 m AMSL and it is the main peak of a massif that comprises some smaller mountains like Pagasarri, Ganeta, Pastorekorta, Arnotegi or Arraiz. The northern slopes of the massif form part of the city of Bilbao.

San Francisco is a neighbourhood of Bilbao, in the Basque Country, and also one of the most run down areas. In the last decades, it has absorbed much of the immigration received by the city and has been integrated into the Ibaiondo district. It is crossed by the San Francisco street, among other less important ones, and borders the following other neighbourhoods: Casco Viejo, Bilbao La Vieja, Zabala, Miribilla, Irala and Abando. The railway line and station separate San Francisco and Zabala from Abando, which is the centre of the city, and Irala, while the neighbourhood is separated from Casco Viejo by the estuary. Two bridges cross the estuary San Francisco and Casco Viejo: La Merced bridge, in one direction only for vehicles, and El Perro Chico pedestrian bridge. The former church of La Merced has been converted into a public concert space known as Bilborrock. The neighbourhood also holds a museum of artistic reproductions.

The Reproductions Museum Bilbao, was created in 1927,the purpose of the museum is to compile classic pieces of art for the enjoyment of the local people. Among the works reproduced faithfully from museums like the Louvre, Vatican or British Museum: the Panathenaic Frieze of the Parthenon, the Slaves and the Moses of Michelangelo, the Venus de Milo, the Winged Victory, the Laocoön Group, the Apoxyomenos, Gabies's Diana and Apollo Belvedere, among others.

Bilbao La Vieja in Spanish, "Old Bilbao" in English and Bilbo Zaharra in Basque. It is a neighbourhood of Bilbao and part of the 5th district of the city (Ibaiondo).

The Battle of Bilbao, part of the War in the North in the Spanish Civil War, saw the Nationalist Army capture Bilbao and the rest of the Basque Country that was still being held by the Republic.

Bilbao-Atxuri is a former terminal railway station in Bilbao, Basque Country (Spain). It served as the terminus station for the commuter rail trains of Euskotren Trena lines to Durango, Bermeo, Eibar and Donostia for over one hundred years. Currently, one side of the station serves as the southern terminus of the Bilbao tram operated by Euskotren Tranbia. The station is located in the neighbourhood of Atxuri, part of the Ibaiondo district, in Bilbao. The main building of the former station serves as headquarters for Euskotren. It opened in 1912.

Atxuri is a neighborhood of Bilbao. It was originally a suburb south of the old walled town. Modernly it stands between this neighborhood and those of Solokoetxe, Santutxu and the estuary of Bilbao. Administratively, it belongs to the 5th district of the city. It hosts Bilbao-Atxuri Station, the main EuskoTren railway station, that links Bilbao with San Sebastián and Bermeo.

The San Antón Bridge (Spanish: Puente de San Antón, Basque: San Antongo zubia) is an arch bridge in Bilbao, Spain. It spans the Estuary of Bilbao, linking the neighborhoods of Bilbao La Vieja and Casco Viejo. It is the oldest bridge in the city, with the original bridge being opened before 1318. At the time of its opening, and during centuries, it was the only bridge that crossed the river. It is located next to the Church of San Antón. The San Antón Bridge is one of Bilbao's emblems and it is depicted on the city's coat of arms (as well as the crest of the local football club, Athletic Bilbao). Its origin is medieval. This bridge has a great historical importance, as the merchants were forced to use it to carry their products from Biscay to Castile as it was the only bridge that crossed the river.Several floods have pulled down the bridge several times; to solve the problem the city hall decided to build a completely new one by the end of the 19th century. The new bridge was finished in 1880; the opening was delayed after it suffered damage on the Carlist Wars. It had to be reconstructed once more in 1937 after it was demolished on the Spanish Civil War. The 1937 reconstruction was the last one and the current bridge is from that time.
