Peter Dierks Joers House

The Fordyce–Ricks House Historic District encompasses a locally rare collection of Adirondack Architecture structures located at 1501 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The district encompasses 37 acres (15 ha) of land that originally belonged to Samuel W. Fordyce, a prominent railroad executive who had a major role in promoting and developing Hot Springs as a resort community. The district includes a 1+1⁄2-story octagonal log house, three outbuildings, and a landscaped rustic environment. 20 acres (8.1 ha) of the former estate are now a part of Hot Springs National Park. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

The Mountainaire Hotel Historic District encompasses a pair of former hotel buildings at 1100 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. They are virtually identical four story masonry structures, clad in a buff brick veneer, with stepped facades in an Art Moderne style. They were built about 1947, as part of a planned five-building complex, and are one a small number of Art Moderne buildings in the city. They were built by A.I. Albinson, originally from Minnesota, and operated as a hotel for about twenty years. They were thereafter converted to an elderly care facility. At the time they were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004, the buildings stood vacant.

The Bill Clinton Boyhood Home, also known as the Birnbaum-Shubetz House, is a historic house at 1011 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Built about 1896 and redesigned in the Tudor Revival in 1938, it was the home of United States President Bill Clinton between 1954 and 1961, teenage years in which he first determined to enter politics. In addition to this national historic significance, it is locally notable as an example of Tudor Revival architecture. The house is a private residence and is not open to the public. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

The Perry Plaza Court Historic District encompasses a historic tourist accommodation at 1007 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It consists of a long two-story brick building in the International style, along with a small office building and swimming pool. It houses 19 single-bedroom units, which are now rented as apartments. Built in 1947–48, it is a fine example of the International Style. The unit interiors retain a number of period features, including tile and plumbing fixtures.The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.It was designed by Hot Springs architect Irven D. McDaniel.

Arkansas Twister is a wooden roller coaster at Magic Springs and Crystal Falls amusement park in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Originally opening in 1978 as The Roaring Tiger at Circus World theme park, the roller coaster was purchased in 1991 by Magic Springs, where it reopened as Arkansas Twister on May 30, 1992. It features a 92-foot drop (28 m) and reaches speeds of up to 50 miles per hour (80 km/h) as it travels through the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains. The ride was also known as "Florida Hurricane" and "Michael Jackson's Thrill Coaster" over the years. Magic Springs purchased the ride from Boardwalk and Baseball for $10,000, and relocation costs brought the total investment to roughly $900,000.

The Jack Tar Hotel and Bathhouse is a historic former tourist resort property at 145 Oriole Street in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a five-story steel and masonry structure, finished in buff brick, with International style. Its prominent features are a central rectangular stair house, which projects from the main facade and rises two stories above the main block. The front is lined with balconies which are cantilevered out on steel beams. An elevated pedestrian bridge joins the main hotel to the bathhouse, across Oriole Street. The hotel was built in the 1950s to a design by local architect Irven McDaniel, and is a rare surviving example of a 1950s hotel in Hot Springs. The building now houses a senior living facility known as the Garland Towers. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Magic Springs Theme and Water Park, known as Magic Springs, is an amusement park and water park located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, about 50 miles (80 km) from Little Rock. A single price admission includes all day use of the rides and attractions in both parks. The park is open weekends from April through October and daily late-May through mid-August. Magic Springs Theme and Water Park was opened in 1978, closed in 1995, and reopened in 2000. Magic Springs Theme and Water Park is owned by EPR Properties and operated by Premier Parks, LLC.

Opal's Steak House is a historic building located at 871 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Opal's Steak House was constructed between 1946 and 1948 to serve tourists visiting the thermal springs in Hot Springs; its location on Park Avenue served travelers on nearby U.S. Route 70, the main highway between Little Rock and Hot Springs. The building was constructed in the Art Moderne style, which is visible in its curved stucco facade and horizontal features. In 1952, the restaurant changed its name to the Golden Drumstick Restaurant; the building has since served as a clothing store, a furniture store, and a laundromat. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 11, 2004.

The Passmore House is a historic house at 846 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a large 1+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure, with a seven-bay facade topped by a mansard roof with a crested surround and elaborately styled dormers. A central two-story pavilion projects, with a double-door entrance on the first floor, and French doors on the second level that open to a shallow lattice balcony. The house was built in 1873 for Dr. Pauldin Passmore, one of Hot Springs's first doctors, who benefitted from the locality's popularity as a site for the treatment of medical conditions.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

The Lynwood Tourist Court Historic District encompasses a historic tourist accommodation, now known as the Lynwood Motel, at 857 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas, United States. Built about 1944, it is a little-altered example of a 1940s traveler accommodation with English Revival styling. It has sixteen units, each of which originally included a garage (now enclosed to create additional living space), and a small office building. Each unit includes a sleeping area, bathroom, and kitchenette, and is marked on the exterior by a steeply-pitched gable.The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

The Fordyce House is a historic house at 746 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a 1+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure, with a hip roof that has large cross-gabled gambrel dormers projecting in each direction. It has a curved wraparound porch supported by Tuscan columns. It was built in 1910 to a design by architect Charles L. Thompson, and is an excellent local example of Colonial Revival architecture.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Stitt House is an Italianate-style house located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
