Magic Springs Theme and Water Park, known as Magic Springs, is an amusement park and water park located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, about 50 miles (80 km) from Little Rock. A single price admission includes all day use of the rides and attractions in both parks. The park is open weekends from April through October and daily late-May through mid-August. Magic Springs Theme and Water Park was opened in 1978, closed in 1995, and reopened in 2000. Magic Springs Theme and Water Park is owned by EPR Properties and operated by Premier Parks, LLC.

The Fordyce–Ricks House Historic District encompasses a locally rare collection of Adirondack Architecture structures located at 1501 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The district encompasses 37 acres (15 ha) of land that originally belonged to Samuel W. Fordyce, a prominent railroad executive who had a major role in promoting and developing Hot Springs as a resort community. The district includes a 1+1⁄2-story octagonal log house, three outbuildings, and a landscaped rustic environment. 20 acres (8.1 ha) of the former estate are now a part of Hot Springs National Park. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

The Peter Dierks Joers House is a historic house at 2111 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Built in 1955, this single story wood and limestone structure is one of the finest local examples of Mid-Century Modern / Ranch architecture. The house is basically U-shaped, with a central public living area, a bedroom wing, and a service wing. Windows are typically full length in height, and most of the exterior is clad in irregularly-laid limestone, with some weatherboard siding. The house was built for Peter Dierks Joers, heir to the locally prominent Dierks Lumber Company, whose sale to Weyerhaeuser he oversaw. The house interior is a showcase of Arkansas wood types and woodwork. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.

KZNG (1340 AM) is an oldies radio station in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It broadcasts with an ERP of 1 kW (1000 watts) from its broadcast tower near downtown Hot Springs. KZNG is owned and operated by US Stations, LLC, a local company that also owns KLXQ, KQUS and KLAZ in Hot Springs, Arkansas and KLBL in Malvern, Arkansas. US Stations maintains studios at 125 Corporate Terrace, a building constructed for KRZB-TV (channel 26) in 1986 and expanded in 2006.

The Mountainaire Hotel Historic District encompasses a pair of former hotel buildings at 1100 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. They are virtually identical four story masonry structures, clad in a buff brick veneer, with stepped facades in an Art Moderne style. They were built about 1947, as part of a planned five-building complex, and are one a small number of Art Moderne buildings in the city. They were built by A.I. Albinson, originally from Minnesota, and operated as a hotel for about twenty years. They were thereafter converted to an elderly care facility. At the time they were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004, the buildings stood vacant.

Cutter–Morning Star High School is a comprehensive public secondary school located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, United States. Cutter–Morning Star serves more than 300 students in grades 7 through 12. Cutter–Morning Star is one of seven public high schools in Garland County and is the sole high school administered by the Cutter–Morning Star School District. Cutter–Morning Star has won two national Quiz Bowl championships and its sports teams have won 18 state championships. Its boundary includes a portion of Hot Springs.

Hot Springs Mountain Tower is a 65.8 metre (216-foot) high observation tower built of lattice steel on Hot Springs Mountain at Hot Springs, Arkansas, USA. Construction began in 1982, and the structure was officially opened to the public on June 3, 1983. The tower is the third to be built on the mountain. In the nineteenth century, a 75-foot wooden observatory was constructed on the site. This tower was later struck by lightning and burned to the ground. In 1906, the wireless telegraph tower from the 1904 Louisiana Purchase Exposition was relocated to the mountain and renamed the Rix Tower; it stood for there 69 years, finally being torn down in 1975 due to instability.

The Perry Plaza Court Historic District encompasses a historic tourist accommodation at 1007 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It consists of a long two-story brick building in the International style, along with a small office building and swimming pool. It houses 19 single-bedroom units, which are now rented as apartments. Built in 1947–48, it is a fine example of the International Style. The unit interiors retain a number of period features, including tile and plumbing fixtures.The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.It was designed by Hot Springs architect Irven D. McDaniel.

Langston High School was an American segregated high school for African American students, active from 1913 until 1970 and located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It was one of the leading schools in Arkansas for African Americans, and was accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. It was established in 1913, the first high school for African Americans in Hot Springs. The Hot Springs School District struggled with racial integration for some 14 years, before this school was shut down in 1970 for failure to integrate. The building was eventually torn down.

The Bill Clinton Boyhood Home, also known as the Birnbaum-Shubetz House, is a historic house at 1011 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Built about 1896 and redesigned in the Tudor Revival in 1938, it was the home of United States President Bill Clinton between 1954 and 1961, teenage years in which he first determined to enter politics. In addition to this national historic significance, it is locally notable as an example of Tudor Revival architecture. The house is a private residence and is not open to the public. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

The Jack Tar Hotel and Bathhouse is a historic former tourist resort property at 145 Oriole Street in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a five-story steel and masonry structure, finished in buff brick, with International style. Its prominent features are a central rectangular stair house, which projects from the main facade and rises two stories above the main block. The front is lined with balconies which are cantilevered out on steel beams. An elevated pedestrian bridge joins the main hotel to the bathhouse, across Oriole Street. The hotel was built in the 1950s to a design by local architect Irven McDaniel, and is a rare surviving example of a 1950s hotel in Hot Springs. The building now houses a senior living facility known as the Garland Towers. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.
