Beal-Burrow Dry Goods Building

The Wallace Building is a nine-story commercial high-rise at 101-11 Main Street in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. It was built in 1928 to a design by Little Rock architect George R. Mann, and is an excellent local example of early Art Deco architecture. It was built by George Washington Donaghey, a former Governor of Arkansas; Mann and Donaghey had previously worked together on the Arkansas State Capitol, with disputes over its construction propelling Donaghey into politics and the governor's seat. This building is named after his wife's maiden name.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

The Democrat Printing & Lithograph Co. Building is a historic commercial building at 114-122 East Second Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a roughly square brick building with limestone detailing, three stories in height, built in 1924 to a design by the architectural firm of Sanders & Ginocchio. Its street-facing facades are articulated by brick piers with limestone caps, with plate glass windows on the first floor, groups of three sash windows on the second, and large multi-paned windows on the third.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.

The Statehouse Convention Center is a convention center located in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas, U.S., containing approximately 220,000 square feet (20,000 m2) of space.A 650-space parking deck is located only one block south of the convention center.

The Historic Arkansas Museum, sometimes called HAM, is a state history museum in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. The museum was created as part of the Arkansas Territorial Capitol Restoration Commission, by Act 388 of the 1939 Arkansas General Assembly. The act named Louise Loughborough as chairwoman of the commission. Loughborough had been named to the Little Rock Planning Commission in 1935. Several houses near Cumberland and East 3rd Streets in downtown Little Rock were going to be condemned, including the Hinderliter House, the oldest building in Little Rock. Loughborough started a public relations campaign around Little Rock as a "town of three Capitols": the Hinderliter House, the Old State House, and the current Arkansas State Capitol Building. Use of the Hinderliter House as the last meeting place of the Arkansas Territorial Legislature has remained part of popular folklore, though it is not known if it was used for this purpose. Loughborough then gained support from the Works Progress Administration, the Arkansas General Assembly, and private donors. Loughborough worked with architect Max Mayer to restore the half-block of houses at Cumberland and East 3rd Street in downtown Little Rock. The Museum opened on July 19, 1941.The museum maintains gallery space and a number of historic buildings original to the site, as well as log structures transported from around the state. It was previously known as the Arkansas Territorial Restoration, but the name was changed in 2001 when new exhibit space and renovations were completed. The museum is an affiliate within the Smithsonian Affiliations program. The museum property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2019 as the Arkansas Territorial Restoration Historic District.

The Capital Hotel is a historic hotel at 111 West Markham Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a four-story brick building with an elaborately decorated Victorian front facade. Its ground level window bays are articulated by Corinthian pilasters, and the tall second and third floor windows are set in round-arch openings with Ionic pilasters between. The fourth floor windows are set in segmented-arch openings with smaller Corinthian pilasters. The hotel was, when it opened in 1876, the grandest in the city, and the building is still a local landmark.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. It was also inducted into Historic Hotels of America, the official program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, in 2009.

The East Markham Street Historic District encompasses a cluster of four architecturally distinctive commercial buildings on the south side of the 300 block of East Markham Street in the riverfront area of Little Rock, Arkansas. All four are brick two-story buildings, and were built between 1876 and 1905. The buildings at 305-307 and 313 E. Markham are Italianate in style, while 301-303 exhibits Craftsman styling due to a renovation overseen by Charles L. Thompson in 1916, and 323 was also restyled by Thompson in 1905.The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

The BPOE Elks Club is a historic social club meeting house at 4th and Scott Streets in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a handsome three-story brick building, with Renaissance Revival features. It was built in 1908 to a design by Theo Saunders. Its flat roof has an extended cornice supported by slender brackets, and its main entrance is set in an elaborate round-arch opening with a recessed porch on the second level above. Ground-floor windows are set in rounded arches, and are multi-section, while second-floor windows are rectangular, set above decorative aprons supported by brackets.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Block 35 Cobblestone Alley is located in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a 300-foot-long (91 m), 30-foot-wide (9.1 m) cobblestone alley, which bisects a city block known as Block 35 of the City of Little Rock. It was originally surfaced around 1889, and is one of the city's few surviving brick-paved alleys. It provides access to the rear of buildings facing President Clinton Boulevard. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in January, 2009.It was listed as a featured property of the week in a program of the National Park Service that began in July, 2008.

Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) is a public library system headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas. The largest public library system in Arkansas, the Central Arkansas Library System serves all residents of Pulaski County and Perry County, including Little Rock, Jacksonville, Maumelle, Perryville, Sherwood, and Wrightsville. So. The main Library in downtown Little Rock is the main branch of the system. The Main Library campus also includes the Arkansas Studies Institute Building, which includes the offices of the Butler Center for Arkansas Studies, the Encyclopedia of Arkansas, and the UALR Center for Arkansas History and Culture. CALS' Ron Robinson Theater, Cox Creative Center, and River Market Books & Gifts are also located on the Main Library campus.

The Federal Reserve Bank Building is a historic commercial building at 123 West Third Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a three-story Classical Revival masonry structure, built out of concrete faced with limestone. Its main facade features a central entry set in a recess supported by four monumental engaged Doric columns. The entrance surround includes a carved eagle. Above the colonnade is a band of metal casement windows, with a low parapet at the top. The building was designed by noted local architect Thompson & Harding and built in 1924. The building was occupied by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Little Rock Branch until 1966.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

The Exchange Bank Building is a historic commercial building at 423 Main Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a five-story masonry structure, built in 1921 out of reinforced concrete, brick, limestone, and granite. It has Classical Revival, with its main facade dominated by massive engaged fluted Doric columns. It was designed by the noted Arkansas architectural firm of Thompson & Harding, and is considered one of its best commercial designs.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

The Taylor Building is a historic commercial building at 304 Main Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a three-story masonry structure, built out of load-bearing brick with limestone trim. Its facade has a commercial storefront on the ground floor, and three windows on the upper floors, articulated by two-story columns rising to limestone capitals and finely crafted Romanesque arches. Built in 1897, it is a rare surviving example of 19th-century commercial architecture in the city.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
