Liberty Forge Arboretum (more than 100 acres) is an arboretum on the grounds of a commercial golf course, located at 3804 Lisburn Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. In 1798 the site was called the Liberty Forge Plantation, an iron forge and farm. It was subdivided during the 20th century, and the last farming ended in about 1985 when its land was purchased for a private residence, garden, and arboretum. Most of the surrounding site has been subsequently repurchased and reassembled, and became a for-profit recreation center in the early 1990s. The site is currently owned by John Williams and operates as part of the Liberty Forge Golf Course as of 2003.

WHYF (720 kHz) is a listener-supported AM radio station, licensed to Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania, and serving the Harrisburg metropolitan area. It broadcasts a Catholic talk and teaching radio format, mostly from EWTN Radio with some local programs. It is owned by Holy Family Radio, Inc. By day, WHYF is powered at 2,000 watts non-directional with a construction permit from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to increase power to 2,500 watts. The station broadcasts only during daytime hours, to protect from interference WGN Chicago, the Class A, clear-channel station on 720 AM.

The State Correctional Institution (SCI) at Camp Hill, commonly referred to as SCI Camp Hill, is a Pennsylvania Department of Corrections prison in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, near Camp Hill in Greater Harrisburg. Its Superintendent is Laurel Harry. It has around 3,400 inmates.

Etters Bridge, also known as Green Lane Bridge, is a historic Pratt truss bridge in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County and Fairview Township, York County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1889, and measures 131-foot-long (40 m) and 18-foot-wide (5.5 m) overall. The wrought iron bridge was designed and constructed by Dean & Westbrook. The Phoenix Bridge Company fabricated the superstructure. The bridge crosses Yellow Breeches Creek.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

Cedar Cliff High School is located in Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, United States, and is older of the two high schools in the West Shore School District. It was formed in 1959 with the merger of West Shore High School and New Cumberland High School. The entire West Shore School District attended Cedar Cliff until fall 1965, when Red Land High School opened. In 2019, the school had 1,290 students enrolled. In 2011, the school had 95 teachers yielding a student teach ratio of 14:1. According to a 2011 report by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, eight teachers are considered "Non‐Highly Qualified" under No Child Left Behind law. The Cedar Cliff mascot is The Colt, and the school colors are navy blue, silver and gold. The Pennsylvania Department of Education has set the tuition for non-resident and charter school students at $8,969.40.
