Cooper City High School, also referred to as CCHS, is a high school located in Cooper City, Florida, which teaches grades 9–12. The school includes standard high school curriculum plus specialized classes devoted to career development including auto tech, child care, and computer programming. It has an average enrollment of approximately 2,400 students. Vera Perkovic is the principal. The school colors are red, black, and white and the mascot is a cowboy named "Pistol Pete." The school has been awarded the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence award. Cooper City has an FLDOE school grade of "A" for the 2018–2019 academic year. The school was also ranked #382 in the High School Challenge Index of 2011 out of approximately 30,000 schools, marking it as one of the top high schools in the entire nation. It is the 88th best school in the state of Florida out of 762 schools as reported by U.S. News & World Report.

Cooper City is a city in Broward County, Florida, United States. The city is named for Morris Cooper, who founded the community in 1959. It's part of the Miami metropolitan area of South Florida. The city's population was 34,401 at the 2020 census.In 2006, Cooper City expanded with the annexation of the Waldrep Dairy Farm.

The Waldrep Dairy Farm, established in 1928, was the last functional dairy farm in Broward County and Miami-Dade County within the state of Florida until its closure in 2005. With much of the South Florida region finding its roots as farm, it served as a landmark and reminder of Broward County's past. At its peak, the farm's reach included many sections of what is now the City of Cooper City, eastern sections of the City of Pembroke Pines, western sections of the City of Hollywood and some areas of the Town of Davie. By the mid 1990s, it has been reduced to less than 1,000 acres (4.0 km2).Owned by Wiley Waldrep until his death in 1997, the farm was passed on to his grandchildren. Appeals by them to try to maintain the family business ran into difficulty, with costs eventually preventing the farm from even breaking even.

The International School of Broward is a charter school in Hollywood, Florida, United States, that offers a two way immersion program with French and English. It was founded in 2007 by Dr. Jacqueline Hoy.

Archbishop Edward A. McCarthy High School (abbreviated AMHS) was opened in 1998 in Southwest Ranches, Florida, United States. Sponsored by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Miami, it is accredited through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Named after the second Archbishop of Miami, Edward A. McCarthy, the school's mascot is the Maverick. The founding principal of the school was Dr. Richard Perhla. Students wear a uniform consisting of a solid white or light blue shirt, AMHS khaki slacks, a black leather belt, black shoes, and a student ID with AMHS lanyard. As of the 2019–2020 school year, there are 1,700 students enrolled in grades nine through twelve. Since 2005 AMHS has been named one of the Top 50 Catholic Schools in the nation by the Catholic High School Honor Roll and is a part of the Catholic Education Honor Roll for 2018–2023. The Davie School (also known as the Old Davie School) is a historic school in Davie, Florida, USA. It is located at 6650 Griffin Road. It was designed by August Geiger. It opened its doors in 1918 to 90 students, and was in continuous use as a school until 1978. On March 29, 1988, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It is the oldest extant school building in Broward County.
