LBJ/Central station is a DART Light Rail station in Dallas, Texas. It is located at T.I. Boulevard and Markville Drive near the High Five Interchange in the Lake Highlands area. It opened July 1, 2002 and is a station on the Red Line and Orange Line, serving the headquarters of Texas Instruments and the nearby Dallas College Richland Campus. The Orange Line runs to Parker Road during rush hours. Other times, during off-peak (middays, late evenings and weekends), it terminates here instead. The columns supporting the station's roof have circuit boards embedded inside, owing to the area's prominence as a technology hub. The station is located across Interstate 635 from Texas Instruments.

Forest Lane station is a DART Light Rail station in Dallas, Texas. It is located on Forest Lane, just east of US 75 (North Central Expressway) in North Dallas. It opened on July 1, 2002, replacing the North Central Transit Center, and is the third of four elevated stations on the Red Line, serving nearby residential and shopping areas in the neighborhoods of Lake Highlands and Hamilton Park.

Forest Meadow is a suburban residential neighborhood within the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, Texas. The neighborhood is thought of today as being bounded by Greenville Avenue on the west, Whitehurst Drive on the south, Abrams Road on the east, and an alley demarcating the neighborhood from businesses and apartment blocks on Forest Lane to the north. However, the earliest plats identified by the name "Forest Meadows" were east of Abrams Road and some plats were south of Whitehurst Drive. These eastern areas are now generally considered part of Town Creek for neighborhood association purposes. Earlier plats used the name "Forest Meadows" and this nomenclature is also in use to describe neighborhoods in the area.

Bakke Graduate University (BGU) is a Private online graduate school headquartered in Dallas, Texas. It has students, faculty, alumni, and courses in over 60 countries focused on urban studies, sustainable business, and Christian theology. The university is composed of three colleges: a college of Christian theology focusing on global Christian movements; a college of urban studies studying relief, development and advocacy in cities; a college of business, including a global MBA for sustainable business entrepreneurship.Typical students serve in business, government, NGO, or churches with roles as pastors, consultants, authors, urban ministers, professors or justice activists. Over 70% of BGU's faculty, students and alumni are located outside of North America with concentrations in Africa, Asia, Central America, the Caribbean, Europe, and South America. The BGU student body is significantly diverse. Students are not required to relocate from their home cities except for occasional two week long city immersions in various global cities or mentored events.

The High Five Interchange is one of the first five-level stack interchanges built in Dallas, Texas. Located at the junction of the Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway (Interstate 635, I-635) and the Central Expressway (US Highway 75, US 75), it replaces an antiquated combination interchange constructed in the 1960s. The $261 million project was started in 2002 and completed in December 2005. It was designed by the HNTB Corporation and built by Zachry Construction Corporation. The interchange is considered by Popular Mechanics to be one of "The World's 18 Strangest Roadways" because of its height (as high as a 12-story building), its 43 permanent bridges, and other unusual design and construction features. In 2006, the American Public Works Association named the High Five Interchange as "Public Works Projects of the Year".

Restland Memorial Park is a cemetery located in an unincorporated area of Dallas County, Texas between Dallas and Richardson. It is the final resting place of many prominent figures in the Dallas area, including politicians and professional athletes. It is located on 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243 North of I635 at Hwy 75, near Richland College.

Yavneh Academy of Dallas (now Akiba Yavneh Academy) is a coeducational, college preparatory Jewish private school in Dallas, Texas. It is guided by the tenets of Modern Orthodox Judaism. In 2019, the school merged with Akiba Academy of Dallas (preschool through grade 8) to become Akiba Yavneh Academy (3 months through 12th Grade). With a student body of more than 400 students from 3 months of age through 12th Grade for the 2021-22 academic year, Akiba Yavneh Academy has dual curriculum of General and Judaic Studies.

Dallas College Richland Campus (often stylized as Richland or RLC) is a public community college in Dallas, Texas. The school was founded in 1972 and is part of Dallas College. It is the largest campus in the college, featuring about 20,000 students. Located on the old Jackson farm, the campus comprises 155 acres (63 hectares) including Thunderduck Lake.

Richland Collegiate High School (RCHS) of Mathematics, Science, and Engineering is a charter high school opened in 2006 at Dallas College in Dallas, Texas. Students can complete their last two years of high school at Dallas College, Richland Campus, taking college courses and earning college credits with a focus on mathematics, science, or engineering. RCHS students can graduate from Dallas College with an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree and a high school diploma, ready to transfer or enter as a freshman to a four-year university. In the fall semester of 2010, the Richland Collegiate High School of Visual, Performing, and Digital Arts opened.

Orr Branch is a roughly 2-mile (3.22 km) creek in the White Rock/Trinity River watershed in eastern Texas. From its uppermost source near the intersection of Tibbs and West Ricks Circle streets, it runs northeast through a portion of suburban Dallas until it flows into White Rock Creek (of which it is a tributary) and ultimately feeds into White Rock Lake.

Mesorah High School for Girls is a private Orthodox Jewish high school for girls in Dallas, Texas. Scheduled to open in August 2000 with grades 9 and 10, it was the first Jewish girls' high school in the city and the third all-girls' school in Dallas. It is the only Jewish girls' high school in the Southwestern United States. It initially had seven students. As of 2000 the school uniforms include ankle-length skirts and long-sleeved shirts. The school teaches Jewish religious subjects and secular subjects.
