Emory University Hospital is staffed exclusively by Emory University School of Medicine faculty who also are members of The Emory Clinic. The hospital is renowned as one of the nation's leaders in cardiology and cardiac surgery, oncology, transplantation, ophthalmology, and the neurosciences.

The Children's Healthcare of Atlanta - Egleston Hospital is a nationally ranked, freestanding, 295-bed, pediatric acute care children's hospital located in Atlanta, Georgia. It is affiliated with the Emory University School of Medicine and is a member of the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta system, 1 of 3 of the children's hospitals in the system. The hospital provides comprehensive pediatric specialties and subspecialties to infants, children, teens, and young adults aged 0–21 throughout the Atlanta region. The hospital features an ACS verified level I pediatric trauma center, the only in the state. Its regional pediatric intensive-care unit and neonatal intensive care units serve the region. The hospital also has a rooftop helipad for critical pediatric transport.The hospital is scheduled to be replaced in 2025 by the under-construction Arthur M. Blank Hospital in the North Druid Hills region of Atlanta.

The Emory University School of Medicine is the graduate medical school of Emory University and a component of Emory’s Robert W. Woodruff Health Sciences Center. Before it was established as the Emory School of Medicine in 1915, the school first began as the Atlanta Medical College. Founded in 1854 by a group of physicians led by Dr. John G. Westmoreland, the college began during unfavorable financial conditions along with competition of three other medical schools opening in the state, driving up competition for students. Despite these challenges, the Atlanta Medical College continued operation until August 1861 when classes were suspended due to the Civil War. Several years later, the College merged with the Southern Medical College, leading to the creation of the Atlanta College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1898. The College existed for 14 years before another merger took place, this time due to encouragement from the Council of Medical Education. The Council promised that if the Atlanta College of Physicians and Surgeons merged with the Atlanta School of Medicine, they would receive a Class A rating. After the merger, the American Medical Association began pressuring medical schools to align with universities in order to improve the quality of medical education nationwide. Just two years after the formation of the second version of the Atlanta Medical College, the College combined with Emory University, which was in its initial stages of development and sought to add medical education to its offerings. On June 28, 1915 the Emory School of Medicine was established.Emory University School of Medicine is located on the university's main campus in the Druid Hills neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. The medical school offers a full-time Doctor of Medicine degree program, Masters programs in Anesthesiology and Genetic Counseling, degrees in Physical Therapy and Physician Assistant training, joint degree programs with other Emory graduate divisions, graduate medical education, and continuing medical education. Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing is the nursing school of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. The school awards the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master of Nursing (MN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing (PhD). The school is named after Nell Hodgson Woodruff, wife of long-time president of The Coca-Cola Company Robert W. Woodruff. Mrs. Woodruff left nursing school when she married, but she supported nursing causes throughout her life.Two of the school's nursing specialties, pediatrics and midwifery, were highly ranked in U.S. News & World Report's 2012 edition of "America's Best Graduate Schools." The school's pediatric nurse practitioner program made its first appearance in the report at No. 11. The school's midwifery program remains in the U.S. News rankings at number 13.

Emory University's Goizueta Business School (also known as Goizueta Business School, Emory Business School, or simply Goizueta – pronounced goy-swet-ah) is the private business school of Emory University located in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. It is named after Roberto C. Goizueta, former Chairman and CEO of The Coca-Cola Company.

The Emory Center for Alternative Investments is a part of the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. The Center seeks to provide independent research to the Alternative Investments Industry through papers, conferences, and education. The Center primarily focuses on the needs of Institutional Investors as they navigate the many options available in the Alternative Investment Industry but also partners with asset managers to conduct research in an effort to remain objective. The Center for Alternative Investments focuses on hedge funds, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Real Estate.

The Donna & Marvin Schwartz Center for Performing Arts is a 90,000-square-foot (8,400 m2) multi-discipline performing arts facility on the campus of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed in early 2003, the Schwartz Center provides a multidisciplinary teaching and performance center for the performing arts programs at Emory including dance, music, and theater. The centerpiece of the center is the 825-seat Cherry Logan Emerson Concert Hall featuring a custom-built Daniel Jaeckel Opus 45 pipe organ with fifty-four stops and 3,605 pipes in a cherry-wood case. The concert hall was designed in part by renowned acousticians Kirkegaard and Associates. The $36.9 million structure was designed by lead architect Michael Dennis in association with Howard-Montgomery-Steger and Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart.

Woodruff Library, Woodruff Health Sciences Center Library, Goizueta Business Library, Hugh F. MacMillan Law Library, Pitts Theology Library, Oxford College Library, and the Stuart A. Rose Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Book Library. Since January 15, 2014, Yolanda Cooper serves as Dean and University Librarian for Emory Libraries.
