Champigneulles (French pronunciation: [ʃɑ̃piɲœl]) is a commune in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in north-eastern France. It is home to L'Arboretum de Bellefontaine. The Champigneulles brewery, founded on 20 June 1897, was for a long time the most important production site of the Société Européenne de Brasserie (SEB), which owned more than twenty production sites in France. In 1987 SEB merged with Kronenbourg Brewery. In 2006 Kronenbourg sold the site to Frankfurter Brauhaus, a German brewery in Frankfurt an der Oder. The writer and author Élise Fischer was born in Champigneulles on 13 July 1948.

Frouard (French pronunciation: [fʁuaʁ]) is a commune in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the region of Grand Est, north-eastern France. It is located 10 km north of Nancy near the confluence of the Moselle and Meurthe. It is noted for its Medieval mill; and was latterly a steel industry centre. It is today mainly known as an inland port, and rail/waterway node on the French Waterway Network. Frouard is joined by a bridge to Pompey on the opposite bank of the Moselle.

The Arboretum de Bellefontaine (13 hectares) is an arboretum located in Champigneulles, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Lorraine, France. It contains specimens of beech, birch, chestnut, ginkgo, maple, oak, pine, sequoia, and spruce.

Malzéville (French pronunciation: [malzevil]) is a commune in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in north-eastern France.

The Arboretum de l'Abiétinée (1.5 hectares) is an arboretum located between Rue Pasteur and the Grand Allée in Malzéville, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Lorraine, France. The garden is strongly linked to the history of French Art Nouveau but currently unmaintained. The private arboretum was created in 1902 by Eugène Schott, mayor of Malzéville and also vice president of the Société centrale d'horticulture de Nancy. Emile Gallé, a major force in the French Art Nouveau movement, concurrently served as the society's president, and the nearby Cure d'Air Trianon was, like the arboretum, designed in the Art Nouveau style. Horticulturist and conifer specialist Victor Didier designed and led planting of the garden, whose name reflects the society's interest in fir trees (Abies). According to a document by Didier, published in 1910, the garden contained 25 genera and 277 taxa of conifers, as well as a number of other woody plants. It received honors for its conifer collection in the years 1904-1913, but the property changed hands several times subsequently as the arboretum fell into disuse. As of 2006 it was in danger of loss to development, and efforts were underway to save and restore it.
