The Montview Boulevard Presbyterian Church is a historic church at 1980 Dahlia Street, on the corner of Montview Boulevard, in Denver, Colorado. It was built in 1910 and was added to the National Register in 2004.It was built as a tiny chapel in Richardsonian Romanesque style in 1910 and expanded, also in Richardsonian Romanesque style, in 1918, with the expansion designed by architects Frank W. Frewan and Harry J. Manning. An education wing was added in 1926, also in Richardsonian Romanesque style, designed by Hoyt and Hoyt. It was further expanded in 1958 in Gothic Revival style.

Park Hill Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course located in Denver, Colorado. The Clark Hamilton designed course was established in 1931.The Park Hill Golf Club had been the Clayton College Dairy Farm near the original site of the Lowry Airport.

Clayton School for Boys, established as George W. Clayton Trust & College and also known as Clayton College, was established to house and educate boys whose fathers had died and whose mothers could not provide for them. It was established in 1911 by the City of Denver from a bequest by George Washington Clayton (1833 - 1899), a merchant and real estate investor. The campus was designed by Maurice Biscoe and Henry Hewitt in the Italian Renaissance Revival style and includes sandstone masonry.The building is architecturally significant. The Denver Public Library has a collection of documents from George Washington Clayton including diaries as well as school records. Its collection also includes a photograph of the school. The building formerly housed the Black American West Museum and Heritage Center. The college was segregated for whites only. An aerial photograph of the campus was taken in 1935. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (National Register of Historic Places listings in northeast Denver). Maurice Biscoe was the building's architect. The college is in Clayton, Denver, a neighborhood named for George Washington Clayton. His brother William Clayton served as mayor of Denver.

Denver School of the Arts (DSA) is a comprehensive, public, arts magnet school, serving grades 6–12. Located at 7111 Montview Boulevard in the Park Hill neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, the school is operated by the Denver Public School District. DSA currently offers 11 art majors – bands, creative writing, dance & movement, guitar, orchestra, piano, stagecraft & design, theatre, video cinema arts, visual arts, and vocal music.

The 72-foot Olinger Tower contains the Charles S. Hill Memorial Carillon, the oldest authentic carillon in Colorado. From 1961 through 1999, the Hill Carillon was the only manually played carillon in Colorado.

40th & Colorado station (sometimes stylized as 40th•Colorado) is a Regional Transportation District (RTD) commuter rail station on the A Line in the Elyria-Swansea neighborhood and adjacent to the Park Hill neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The station is the second eastbound station from Union Station in Downtown Denver and fifth westbound from Denver International Airport. About nine minutes from Union Station and 28 minutes from Denver Airport station. 40th & Colorado station is also served by several bus routes and has a 200-space park-and-ride lot.The station opened on April 22, 2016, along with the rest of the A Line.

The Denver Museum of Nature & Science is a municipal natural history and science museum in Denver, Colorado. It is a resource for informal science education in the Rocky Mountain region. A variety of exhibitions, programs, and activities help museum visitors learn about the natural history of Colorado, Earth, and the universe. The 716,000-square-foot (66,519 m2) building houses more than one million objects in its collections including natural history and anthropological materials, as well as archival and library resources. The museum is an independent, nonprofit institution with approximately 350 full-time and part-time staff, more than 1,800 volunteers, and a 25-member board of trustees. It is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums and is a Smithsonian Institution affiliate. In 2022 the museum received 1,151,000 visitors, ranking eighth in the List of most-visited museums in the United States. It was the fourth-most-visited U.S. museum of nature and science.

Clayton is a neighborhood located in the city and county Denver, Colorado. Often confused with Park Hill, Cole, or the City Park neighborhoods, Clayton is a distinct neighborhood as defined by the city of Denver. The neighborhood is named for the historical former George W. Clayton Trust and College located on the northwest corner of Martin Luther King Blvd. and Colorado Blvd. This college has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

City Park Golf is a historic 18-hole regulation golf course located north of Denver's City Park. The area is bounded by E. Twenty-sixth Ave., Colorado Blvd., E. Twenty-third Ave., and York St. It is included as one in a multiple listing of parts of Denver Park and Parkway System. The listing includes four contributing buildings, two contributing structures, and a contributing site.In November 2018, construction started on a redesign of the golf course that was necessary to help reduce the risk of flooding in the surrounding neighborhoods during heavy rains. The course is scheduled to reopen in 2019.

The Hale neighborhood is a designated statistical neighborhood in the City and County of Denver, Colorado. Its boundaries are Colfax Avenue to the north, 6th Avenue to the south, Colorado Boulevard to the west, and Holly Street to the east. Most of the neighborhood is represented by the Bellevue-Hale Neighborhood Association, a registered neighborhood organization.

Denver Zoo is an 80-acre (32 ha) nonprofit zoological garden located in City Park of Denver, Colorado, United States. Founded in 1896, it is operated by the Denver Zoological Foundation and funded in part by the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD) in addition to ticket sales and private donations. It is the most visited paid attraction in Colorado.Denver Zoo was started with the donation of an orphaned American black bear. With the construction of Bear Mountain, it became the first zoo in the United States to use naturalistic zoo enclosures rather than cages with bars. It expanded on this concept with Primate Panorama, featuring huge mesh tents and open areas for apes and monkeys, and with Predator Ridge, which has three separate areas through which animals are rotated so that their overlapping scents provide environmental enrichment. Toyota Elephant Passage, which opened on June 1, 2012, is divided into five areas for rotating the various species. Denver Zoo is accredited by the (American) Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) and American Humane and is also a member of the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA). The zoo achieved ISO 14001 certification in 2009, was given the first AZA Green Award in 2011, and was named the "Greenest Zoo in the Country" at the World Renewable Energy Forum in 2012. In 2015, it was re-certified for ISO 14001 and achieved OHSAS 18001 certification, becoming only the fourth zoo in the world to get both certifications.
