El Médano

Tomás Zerolo airfield (Spanish: aeródromo "Tomás Zerolo") was an aerodrome near El Médano, Granadilla de Abona, Tenerife, Canary Islands. It operated between 1962 and 1978. Only the remains of the control tower still exist.

Laboratorio de Energía Solar Termoeléctrica is an abandoned dish structure near to El Medano, Tenerife, in the Canary Islands. It was built in 2008 to generate solar energy, but was constructed without permission and was abandoned in 2009.

The Cave-Shrine of Santo Hermano Pedro, is a Roman Catholic cave-shrine dedicated to Saint Peter of Saint Joseph Betancur (Canary first saint). It is located in the municipality of Granadilla de Abona, near El Medano on the south of the island of Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain), at the end of the Tenerife South Airport runway.

Los Abrigos is a small fishing village in Granadilla de Abona, Tenerife. It has a small harbour, which developers want to expand.

San Miguel de Abona is a town and a municipality in the southern part of the island of Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands, and part of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. The TF-1 motorway passes through the southern part of the municipality. The population is 16,099 (2013), its area is 42.04 km2.In the south of the municipality, on the coastline, lies the golf course and holiday/residential village of Golf del Sur. Also on the coast is Amarilla Golf & Country Club. Golf del Sur has hosted several professional golf tournaments including the Tenerife Open, the Tenerife Ladies Open.

Cho, also known as Parque de la Reina, is a village in the municipality of Arona, on the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands, Spain. It is situated south of the Autopista TF-1, 1 kilometer east of the town of Guaza.

Abona is a Spanish Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP) for wines located on the southern coastline of Tenerife, (Canary Islands, Spain), and acquired its DO in 1996.

Arona is a municipality in the southern part of the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands, Spanish region and archipelago in the Atlantic Ocean, in Macaronesia. Vilaflor is a municipality and village in the south-central part of the island of Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands, and part of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (province), Spain. Vilaflor, with an altitude of 1,400 m, is the highest village on Tenerife, situated south of the Teide volcano. It is located 7 km north of San Miguel de Abona and 51 km southwest of the island's capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The population is 1,645 (2018) and the area is 56.26 km².

The Sanctuary of the Santo Hermano Pedro is a pilgrimage temple located in the town of Vilaflor, south of the island of Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain). The shrine is dedicated to Saint Peter of Saint Joseph Betancur, the first Saint of the Canary Islands.

The Punta Rasca Lighthouse (Spanish: Faro de Punta Rasca) is an active lighthouse in the municipality of Arona on the Canary Island of Tenerife. The current lighthouse was the second to be constructed on the headland of Punta Rasca, which is located close to the most southerly point on the island at Punta Salemas. It lies between the Punta Abona Lighthouse to the northeast and the Punta de Teno Lighthouse of Buenavista del Norte to the northwest.
