Sulphur Springs is a city in Benton County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 481 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Northwest Arkansas region.

The 'Old Spanish Treasure Cave' is located on Hwy 59 between Sulphur Springs and Gravette, Arkansas in the northwest corner of the state.

The Jones House is a historic house at 220 Bush Street in Sulphur Springs, Benton County, Arkansas. It is a 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure with a T shape and cross-gable roof. The front facade, one of the ends of the crosspiece of the T, has beveled corners with the roof overhanging above the second floor, an Eastlake element. A porch wraps around the stem of the T, which extends to the south. It is supported by turned columns and features a spindled frieze. Built c. 1896, it is a fine and well-preserved example of Eastlake-style architecture.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The Sulphur Springs Old School Complex Historic District encompasses a collection of connected school buildings at 512 Black Street in Sulphur Springs, Benton County, Arkansas. The main school building is a somewhat vernacular single-story brick structure with a gable-on-hip roof, built in 1941 with funding from the Works Progress Administration. Its main entrance is set in a tall arched opening decorated with buff brick. It is connected via covered walk to the gymnasium, a craftsman-style wood-frame structure with a gable-on-hip roof and novelty siding. The gym was built in 1925 as a military barracks at Camp Crowder in Neosho, Missouri, and was moved to this location in 1948. A wood-frame hyphen connects the gym to the 1949 cafeteria, a vernacular brick building. The school complex was used until 1965 when Sulphur Springs' school were consolidated with those of Gravette. The school now houses the local police department, history museum, and community meeting spaces.The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

The Shiloh House is a historic house on Cliff Road in Sulphur Springs, Benton County, Arkansas. Built in 1927, it is one of the largest examples of Bungalow-style architecture in Benton County. Set on a steeply sloping lot above Cliff Road, it is two stories at the front and three at the back, with a broad single-story porch which extends over a carport to the right. The porch is supported by supports that are a combination of brick piers and boxed columns, joined by a brick balustrade.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The Adar House is a historic house outside Sulphur Springs, Benton County, Arkansas. It is located about 0.9 miles (1.4 km) northwest of the city, south of Arkansas Highway 59.

Deer Creek is a stream in northwestern Benton County, Arkansas and southwestern McDonald County, Missouri. It is a tributary of Butler Creek. The stream headwaters are in Arkansas east-northeast of Sulphur Springs at an elevation of about 1,200 feet (370 m) (36°29′24″N 94°24′07″W). The stream flows to the west northwest for approximately 4.5 miles to its confluence with Butler Creek. The confluence is at an elevation of 860 feet (260 m) (36°30′32″N 94°28′48″W).Deer Creek was named for the numerous deer along its course.

Bluff Dweller's Cave is a show cave located just south of Noel, Missouri that was discovered in 1925 and opened to the public in 1927. The cave was formed in the Pierson Limestone during the Paleozoic Era. The cave's passages total over 4,000 ft in length, with two entrances beneath a limestone outcropping of the bluff.

Noel is a city in McDonald County, Missouri, United States, along the Elk River. The population was 1,832 at the 2010 census. The county adjoins the border with Northwest Arkansas.

Butler Creek is a stream in northwestern Benton County, Arkansas and southwestern McDonald County, Missouri. It is a tributary of the Elk River. The stream headwaters are in Arkansas east-southeast of Sulphur Springs at an elevation of about 1,250 feet (380 m) (36°27′44″N 94°22′59″W). The stream flows west northwest past Sulphur Springs and turns to the north as it enters Missouri. Its confluence with the Elk is on the west side of Noel at an elevation of 820 feet (250 m) (36°32′44″N 94°29′22″W).Butler Creek has the name of Charles Butler, a pioneer citizen.

Mill Creek is a stream in Benton County, Arkansas and McDonald County, Missouri. It is a tributary of Elk River. The headwaters are in Arkansas about four miles east of Sulphur Springs at 36°28′24″N 94°23′11″W and the confluence with the Elk is in Missouri just northeast of Noel at 36°32′55″N 94°28′59″W at an elevation of 820 feet (250 m).Mill Creek was named for a saw mill at its banks.

The Kansas City Southern Railway Caboose No. 383 is a historic railroad caboose in Centennial Park near Arkansas Highways 59 and 72 in Gravette, Arkansas. It was built in 1952 by the Louisiana and Arkansas Railroad, a division of the Kansas City Southern Railway, and served the latter until 1990. It was given to the city of Gravette in 1991, which had the vehicle restored and placed in the park. The caboose illustrates advances in caboose design, because it was built with bay windows rather than a cupola for observing the train, a change necessitated by increasing large loads being carried.The caboose was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.
