Hagen, Osnabrück

The Hüggel is a ridge, up to 225.6 m above sea level (NN), about 5 kilometres long and 1 kilometre wide, near Hasbergen in the Lower Saxon district of Osnabrück in central Germany. It is the highest point of the Osnabrück Uplands. This Upper Carboniferous outcrop is part of the Ibbenbüren Coalfield.

The Westerbecker Berg is a forested hill in the Teutoburg Forest and, at 236 m above sea level (NHN), the highest point in Tecklenburg Land, the county of Steinfurt and the administrative region of Münster in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Hasbergen consists of Hasbergen proper, Gaste and Ohrbeck. The municipality lies partly in the Hüggel hills, that belongs to the Teutoburg Forest Protected Area. The hills range from 62 to 228 metres above sea level (NN). In Hasbergen is the 108-metre-high Rote Berg.
