Complexe Urbain Charras, promoted in real estate as Zodiaque and commonly called Centre Charras, is a former military garrison site and current residential and entertainment district in Courbevoie, Hauts-de-Seine, France.

Courbevoie (French pronunciation: [kuʁbəvwa] (listen)) is a commune located in the Hauts-de-Seine Department of the Île-de-France region of France. It is in the suburbs of the city of Paris, 8.2 km (5.1 mi) from the center of Paris. The centre of Courbevoie is situated 2 km (1.2 mi) from the city limits of Paris. La Défense, a business district hosting the tallest buildings in the metropolitan area, spreads over the southern part of Courbevoie (as well as parts of Puteaux and Nanterre).

Tour des Jardins de l'Arche is a 206-meter skyscraper project located in Nanterre, in the business district of La Défense (Hauts-de-Seine, France). Designed by architect Jean Mas, on behalf of Vinci Construction, the tower is planned to accommodate a 730-room hotel from the InterContinental Hotels group on 45,000 square metres (480,000 sq ft) as well as, according to the Epadesa website: "offices, a business center, co-working and fab-lab spaces, well-being and relaxation areas including fitness, shops and restaurants".The tower will be located west of the Grande Arche, in the immediate vicinity of the Paris La Défense Arena, the Racing 92 rugby stadium and performance hall.

EDC Paris Business School, also called Ecole des Dirigeants et des Créateurs d'entreprise, is a French business School in the city of Paris located in the business district La Défense. It offers four complete programs in English at undergraduate, graduate and post graduate levels (luxury brand management) Its MBA Luxury Brand Marketing and International Management is ranked 9th worldwide by Eduniversal. In partnership with the jewellery house Cartier, EDC created Sup de Luxe, a school offering programmes in luxury management.Established in 1950, EDC Paris Business School provides business and management courses to 1300 students, both in French and in English. The school is ranked among the best 20 Business Schools in France by Le figaro.

Tours Odyssey is a project to redevelop the Miroirs complex by 2026 into three mixed-use skyscrapers.Located in the La Défense business district in the city of Courbevoie, near Paris, Towers C/, O/ and D/ will be 187, 174 and 108 m high respectively. Designed by architects Jean-Luc Crochon, Jeanne Gang and Nayla Mecattaf, the complex will be 141,000 m2.The building permit for the project has been approved in December 2021.

Courbevoie is a railway station serving the town Courbevoie, Hauts-de-Seine department, in the western suburbs of Paris, France. It is served by Transilien Line L services between Paris Gare Saint-Lazare and Gare de Saint-Cloud.

Tour Alto is an office skyscraper in Courbevoie, in La Défense, the business district of the Paris metropolitan area.The tower was built in 2020 by Bouygues. The building is 160 m (520 ft) from the street and 150 m from the slab of La Défense on its eastern facade alone for a total of 38 floors. Its rounded shape gradually widens upwards and extends its hold in space by an offset of 12cm towards the outside of the edge beam, on each floor. Thanks to this singular shape, the surface of the levels goes from 700 m2 at the foot of the Tower to 1,500 m2 at the top.Work began in September 2016 for delivery in 2020.

Tour Eqho (also known as Tour IBM, and Tour Descartes) is an office skyscraper located in La Défense business district situated west of Paris, France. Built in 1988, the tower, with a height of 130 metres, belongs to the third generation of towers in La Défense. The tower takes the shape of a parallelepiped in which a semi-cylinder would have been extruded on the main façade. Tour Descartes used to host the French headquarters of IBM Corporation until 2010. It now hosts a variety of companies with KPMG taking the most floors.

Tour First (previously known as Tour UAP between 1974–1998, and as Tour Axa between 1998–2007) is an office skyscraper in Courbevoie, in La Défense, the business district of the Paris metropolitan area. The tower was built in 1974 by Bouygues for the UAP insurance company. The building was 159 m (522 ft) at that time. Its ground shape was in the form of a three-pointed star whose branches were separated each by a 120° angle. This particular shape was chosen to symbolize the merger of the three French insurance companies that were at the origin of UAP. The tower was renamed Tour Axa when UAP was bought by the Axa insurance company in 1996. Large-scale renovation of the tower began in 2007 and was completed in 2011. The exterior appearance of the building was completely changed, with extra height added to the tower. The renovated tower, now known as Tour First, is 225 m (738 ft) at roof height, and 231 m (758 ft) including its spire, with a total floor space of 86,707 m2 (933,310 sq ft). It is currently the tallest skyscraper in France, only surpassed in height by the Eiffel Tower. Another Axa tower exists in New York City, US, which is 228.6 m (751 ft) tall; Tour AXA in Montreal, Quebec, Canada was completed in 1974 and is 104 m (341 ft).

Tour Generali (English: Generali Tower) was a skyscraper planned for construction in the business quarter of La Défense in Courbevoie (Hauts-de-Seine, France). (Note that Generali also owns another prominent high-rise building on Avenue Louise in Brussels, which is also known locally as the "Tour Generali".) The project was officially initiated on 18 October 2006 and is being built for Italian insurance company Assicurazioni Generali. Part of the modernisation of La Défense, the project is being constructed by Vinci on the old site of the Iris building, which was completed in 1983. Tour Generali would have an estimated height of 319 meters (1100 feet) from ground level, at a total cost estimate of 500 million euros. The building would have had 400m² of PV cells, 800m² of solar panels and 18 axial wind turbines on site to produce energy. Other environmental initiatives being taken in the project include mixed-mode ventilation with night purging, use of thermal mass, district heating/cooling and multi-service chilled beams (e.g. ventilation, cooling heating and lighting). This building was to be constructed as a "green" building, and would have include a wind turbines in its spire, solar panels, and other environmentally friendly elements. The main entrance of the tower would have been at the 6th level of the tower along the elevated esplanade/promenade, which rises 18 metres above ground level. The Tour Generali had undergone a redesign and was shortened to 265m, which meant it would have longer held the title of the tallest building in the European Union. The project was cancelled in 2011.

The Tour D2 is a 171-metre (561 ft) tall skyscraper in the La Défense business district outside of Paris, France. It is located in the municipality of Courbevoie and is used for office purposes. It includes a public garden on its roof.

Tour Saint-Gobain (previously known as Tour M2) is an office skyscraper designed by Valode & Pistre in Courbevoie, in La Défense, the business district of the Paris metropolitan area.It hosts the head office of the French company Saint-Gobain. It measures 167.52 meters in height from the Parvis de la Défense and 177.95 meters from the ground.The first stone was laid on 19 April 2017 by Pierre-André de Chalendar, Chairman and CEO of Saint-Gobain, Gabriele Galateri di Genola, Chairman of Generali, and Xavier Huillard, Chairman and CEO of Vinci.
