The third church was designed by George Simkin and built from 1887 to 1888 by Blair Cunningham. They are also known as Fortitude Valley Wesleyan Church & Church Hall, Gregory Place, Gregory Hall, and Epworth Centre. They were added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.
