Cavill Avenue light rail station is located in the heart of the Gold Coast in the suburb of Surfers Paradise. The station is part of the Gold Coast's G:link light rail system and is located on the corner of Surfers Paradise Boulevard and Cavill Avenue.

Kinkabool is a heritage-listed apartment block at 32-34 Hanlan Street, Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by John M. Morton of Lund Hutton Newell Black & Paulsen and built from 1959 to 1960 by J D Booker Constructions (Gold Coast) Pty Ltd. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 5 February 2009.

Soul is a 243 m (797 ft) tall residential tower local along the Esplanade, close to Cavill Avenue in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. it is the 3rd tallest building on the Gold Coast behind Ocean which topped out in late 2021 but above Circle at Cavil. The building was approved by the Gold Coast City Council in October 2004 and finished construction in 2012 along with the next stage of the Gold Coast renovation project.It was developed by Juniper Group, and constructed by Grocon at a cost of A$850 million.

Cypress Avenue light rail station is an important public transport interchange in the Gold Coast suburb of Surfers Paradise. The station is part of the Gold Coast's G:link light rail system situated on the corner of Cypress Avenue and Surfers Paradise Boulevard. The G:link connects Broadbeach South with Helensvale railway station via the key activity centres of Surfers Paradise and Southport. Cypress Avenue also provides a bus connection to Nerang via the Nerang railway station.

As of September 2022, it is the 14th tallest residential tower in the world, the tallest building in Australia, the second tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere, and the third-tallest free-standing structure in the Southern Hemisphere, behind the Autograph Tower in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the Sky Tower in Auckland, New Zealand. The Q1 officially opened in November 2005.The landmark building was recognised as one of Queensland's icons during the state's 150th-birthday celebrations.

Ocean is a residential skyscraper located at 84 The Esplanade, Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Australia. The 78-storey tower includes 722 apartments, is the largest on the Gold Coast. Facilities include a recreation area with swimming pool, spa, fitness courtyard, and barbecue area, located on the top level of a five-level podium. A residents’ indoor pool will be included on level 32. The three level basement will accommodate 392 parking spaces. At a height of 271 metres (856 ft), it is the second tallest building on the Gold Coast, after Q1. The building features five top-floor penthouses. A development application was lodged with the Gold Coast City Council in December 2017. An objection against the development was lodged in January 2018. Construction subsequently began in mid 2018, before topping out in late 2021.
