J. C. Siceloff House

Hardee Apartments, also known as Jarrell Apartments, is a historic apartment building located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was built in 1924, and is a two-story, four unit, Mission Revival style building. The frame building has a stuccoed finish. It features massive two-tiered corner porches and a pair of central stair entrances.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. It is located in the Uptown Suburbs Historic District.

John H. Adams House, also known as Davis Funeral Home, is a historic home located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was built in 1918, and is a two-story, five bay, stuccoed frame structure in the Italian Renaissance style. It has a low pitched, deck-hipped roof with terra cotta, widely overhanging boxed eaves, and a three-bay recessed upper porch or loggia with semi-circular arches.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001. It is located in the Uptown Suburbs Historic District.

Dr. C. S. Grayson House is a historic home located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was designed by architect Harry Barton and built between 1923 and 1925. It is a 2+1⁄2-story, three bay, gray granite dwelling in an eclectic Colonial Revival style with American Craftsman influence. It has a slightly flared hipped roof, porte cochere, and one-story full-facade front porch. Also on the property is a contributing garage. Since 1970, it has housed the Bernice Bienenstock Furniture Library, which is the world's largest specialty collection of books about the history and design of furniture, interiors, architecture, construction and more. As part of this library that is open to the public, the house hosts professional meetings, seminars, lectures and art events.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994. It is located in the Uptown Suburbs Historic District.

It was built in 1920, and is a three-story, stuccoed frame Mission Revival style building housing five apartments. It has a low hipped roof, a pair of arched entry doors within a semi-circular arch, and a second-level balcony of black wrought iron.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996. It is located in the Uptown Suburbs Historic District.

They were built between 1903 and 1963 and include notable examples of Colonial Revival architecture, Tudor Revival architecture, and Bungalow / American Craftsman architecture. Located in the district and listed separately are the Lucy and J. Vassie Wilson House, Dr. C. S. Grayson House, Hardee Apartments, J. C. Siceloff House, John H. Adams House, and A. E. Taplin Apartment Building. Another notable building is the Sidney Halstead Tomlinson House (c. 1924).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.

Truist Point is a baseball stadium located in High Point, North Carolina and is home to the High Point Rockers of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. The ballpark is bordered by Elm, English, Gatewood and Lindsay streets. Truist (formerly BB&T Corporation) is paying $500,000 annually for 15 years for the naming rights.The stadium hosted its first official event on May 2, 2019, as the High Point Rockers defeated the Sugar Land Skeeters in their first ever Opening Day game.The ballpark was renamed from BB&T Point to Truist Point in June 2020 due to the 2019 merger of BB&T and SunTrust Banks to form Truist.The ballpark has also been home to collegiate summer baseball teams in the Old North State League (ONSL): the Deep River Muddogs in 2020 and the High Point Hushpuppies in 2021.In 2021, North Carolina Fusion U23's men's and women's teams began playing some games at Truist Point.

Also on the property is a contributing three-car brick garage.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005. It is located in the Uptown Suburbs Historic District.
