Kiryat Eliezer Kaplan (Hebrew: קריית אליעזר קפלן) is a neighborhood in Netanya, Israel. It is named for the first Minister of Finance of Israel, Eliezer Kaplan. （Under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Netanya, it became an industrial zone. Now it is primarily referred to as the old industrial zone of Netanya after the creation of Kiryat Sapir just a stone's throw away.

The Passover massacre was a suicide bombing carried out by Hamas at the Park Hotel in Netanya, Israel on 27 March 2002, during a Passover seder. 30 civilians were killed in the attack and 140 were injured. It was the deadliest attack against Israeli civilians during the Second Intifada.
