The United States National Water and Climate Center collects and disseminates water resources and climate data.It is part of the Natural Resources Conservation Service of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The offices are located in Portland, Oregon, near Lloyd Center.Services include: Operates the SNOTEL network which controls and collects data from more than 730 automated snowpack and climate sensor sites.

Holladay Park is a public park in northeast Portland, Oregon, United States. The 4.34-acre park, located at Northeast 11th Avenue and Holladay Street, was acquired in 1870. Its features include a fountain, paved paths, picnic tables, and public art.

Constellation is a series of outdoor 2000 bronze sculptures by American artist Tad Savinar, installed at Holladay Park in northeast Portland, Oregon, United States. The work's three "distinct elements" include: Constellation (Vase of Flowers) or Constellation: Flowers from a Neighborhood Garden, a slender vase of daisies, hydrangeas and other flowers; Constellation (Molecule) or Constellation: Isolated Molecule for a Good Neighborhood, an abstract molecule representing a "good neighborhood"; and Constellation: Neighborhood Gardiner or simply Constellation, a female figure carrying gardening shears. According to the Regional Arts & Culture Council, which administers the installation, "This project attempts to illustrate the connection between the personal front yard garden and the civic park/garden." The figure depicts a neighborhood activist (Carolyn Marks Backs or Carolyn Marks-Bax, depending on the source). The decision to visualize backs and the objects depicted in the molecule were chosen by the Sullivan Gulch Neighborhood Association. Objects include a bagel, coffee mug, garden tool, house, milk carton, school, a family, and trees. Constellation was funded by the City of Portland's Percent for Art program. It is part of the City of Portland and Multnomah County Public Art Collection courtesy of the Regional Arts & Culture Council.

Lloyd Center/Northeast 11th Avenue is a light rail station on the MAX Blue, Green and Red Lines in Portland, Oregon. It is the 10th stop eastbound on the Eastside MAX. The station is located on the 1200 block of Northeast Holladay Street in Lloyd District. The station serves the Lloyd Center shopping mall to the north; between the station and the mall is Holladay Park. The station also serves Benson Polytechnic High School to the south. From its opening in 1986 until 2012, the station was located in TriMet fare zone 1, and starting in 2001 it was also within Fareless Square (renamed the Free Rail Zone in 2010). However, effective September 1, 2012, TriMet discontinued the free-ride zone and all use of zones in its fare structure.

Lloyd Center is a shopping mall in the Lloyd District of Portland, Oregon, United States, just northeast of downtown. It is owned by Arrow Retail of Dallas. The mall features three floors of shopping with the third level serving mostly as professional office spaces, a food court, and U.S. Education Corporation's Carrington College. There are currently no anchors in the mall. There are vacant anchor spaces left by Macy's, Marshalls, Nordstrom, and Sears. Junior anchors include Barnes & Noble and Ross Dress for Less.

Benson Polytechnic High School is a technical public high school in the Portland Public Schools district. It is temporarily located in Portland's Lents neighborhood while a renovation project is underway at its 9-acre (3.6 ha) campus in the Central Eastside commercial area of Portland, Oregon, United States. Students are given a special emphasis in a technical area. The school is a member of SkillsUSA and Health Occupations Students of America.

KBPS (1450 AM) is a high school radio station in Portland, Oregon, owned by Portland Public Schools, and run by Benson Polytechnic High School students enrolled in its radio broadcasting program. From its founding the station has been based on the Benson campus and staffed by its students. As part of its standard transmission, KBPS broadcasts in AM Stereo.

Joe Brown's Carmel Corn is a caramel corn shop in Portland, Oregon's Lloyd District, in the United States. The business was established in 1932 by George Brown and his son Joe, originally operating as a single store in downtown. The Brown family expanded the company by opening two additional stores in the city and another in Seaside by the start of World War II. The war halted production and stores remained closed until 1960, when George's daughter Betty Brown and her husband Gordon Kalk opened a single store in the newly built Lloyd Center. Their son, Lee, owned Joe Brown's from c. 1980 to 1992. Subsequent owners have included siblings Ron Ertler and Diana Ray, Marc and Ratha Chouinard, and Cyndee Kurahara. The current owner, David Ferguson, acquired Joe Brown's in 2019. Over the years, the shops have made a variety of treats, including candy and caramel apples, fudge, peppermint bark, and multiple varieties of popcorn. Joe Brown's caramel corn recipe, mostly unchanged since inception, has received a positive public reception.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Portland is a hotel in Portland, Oregon's Lloyd District, in the United States. Built in 1961, the hotel is one of the five largest in Portland with 477 guest rooms, as of 2020. The property also has restaurants, a covered parking garage and a conference center. The hotel's outdoor pool, among few in Portland, can accommodate approximately 20 to 30 people. Lizzy Acker included DoubleTree in The Oregonian's 2016 list of Portland's best outdoor hotel pools.In 2019, a man filed a lawsuit against the hotel claiming he was racially profiled during his stay in 2018.

Capitalism is a 1991 outdoor marble and concrete sculpture and fountain by Larry Kirkland, located in northeast Portland, Oregon, United States.

Bluefin Tuna and Sushi is a Japanese restaurant in Portland, Oregon. The business was established as Bluefin Tuna in Seoul in 2011. Bluefin Tuna and Sushi has garnered a positive reception and ranked number 75 in Yelp's 2024 list of the top 100 sushi restaurants in the U.S.

Taste Tickler is a sandwich shop in Portland, Oregon. Established in 1971, the restaurant operates in a 1900s house in northeast Portland's Irvington neighborhood.
