Roseville Area High School

Roseville is a city in Ramsey County, Minnesota, United States. It is one of two Twin Cities suburbs that are adjacent to both Saint Paul and Minneapolis (the other is Lauderdale). The land comprising Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, and southern Roseville was unincorporated until Roseville incorporated in 1948 and Falcon Heights and Lauderdale incorporated in 1949. The population was 36,254 at the 2020 census.

The Guidant John Rose Minnesota Oval (officially stylized as OVAL), formerly the John Rose Minnesota Oval, is an outdoor ice rink in Roseville, Minnesota, United States. It is claimed to be the largest artificial outdoor skating surface in North America. The facility was constructed from June to December 1993. It was the subject of a $3.9 million renovation project which was set to be completed before the opening of the rink's 29th season on November 18, 2022. It is the home of bandy in the United States and is used by the United States men's national bandy team and the United States women's national bandy team.

Bennett Lake is a lake located in Roseville, Minnesota, a suburb of the Twin Cities. It occupies 28 acres (11 ha) acres and is known for its shore fishing. The lake is adjacent to Roseville Central Park, the city's largest park.A 2005 shore restoration project led to improved water quality, and the nearby Prince of Peace Lutheran Church has constructed rain gardens to restrict the flow of surface runoff into the lake.

Har Mar Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Roseville, Minnesota, United States, a suburb of the Twin Cities. Har Mar Mall comprises over 430,000 square feet (40,000 m2) of retail space and the mall's anchor stores are Famous Footwear, Michaels, HomeGoods, Barnes & Noble, Staples, K&G Fashion Superstore, Burlington, Cub Foods, H&R Block, Tuesday Morning, Marshalls, David's Bridal, Painting with a Twist, Sport Clips, Waxing the City, Elements Massage, and Best Buy Mobile. The mall contains 45 tenants. Opened in 1963 and expanded several times since, it is one of two enclosed malls in Roseville; the other is Rosedale Center. Despite being a relatively small shopping center, Har Mar Mall remains open. It was constructed by Robert W. Fendler of Fendler Patterson and is owned and managed by the Vanbarton Group and Varbarton Services respectively.

Snelling & County Road B is a bus rapid transit station on the A Line in Roseville, Minnesota. The station is located at the intersection of County Road B with Snelling Avenue. The southbound station platform is southwest of County Road B, while the northbound station platform is located between County Road B and the entrance road to Har Mar Mall. Buses approaching the station will announce "This stop for Har Mar Mall." The station opened June 11, 2016 with the rest of the A Line.

Rosedale Transit Center is a transit center in the Saint Paul suburb of Roseville, Minnesota. The transit center is named after the adjacent shopping mall, Rosedale Center. Rosedale Transit Center is the northern terminus for the Metro A Line, a bus rapid transit line serving Saint Paul and south Minneapolis. The site is leased to Metro Transit by the mall, and includes an indoor waiting area, real-time information, and ticket vending machines. The transit center also provides timed transfers to eight local bus routes.

Frank Jay Haynes (October 28, 1853 – March 10, 1921), known as F. Jay or the Professor to almost all who knew him, was a professional photographer, publisher, and entrepreneur from Minnesota who played a major role in documenting through photographs the settlement and early history of the great Northwest. He became both the official photographer of the Northern Pacific Railway and of Yellowstone National Park as well as operating early transportation concessions in the park. His photographs were widely published in articles, journals, books and turned into stereographs, and postcards in the late 19th and early 20th century.

The mall is surrounded by suburbs and close to major highways and serves a trade area population almost 2 million people, and boasts 14 million visitors annually.The mall's anchor stores are Macy's, AMC Theatres, DSW, Rocco Altobelli, Evereve, Carter's, Loft, Williams Sonoma, JoS. A. Bank, Talbots, Von Maur, Becker Furniture World, JCPenney, and SeaQuest. There is 1 vacant anchor store that was once Herberger's. This anchor is being redeveloped into a new flagship store for Dick's Sporting Goods.

Larpenteur Avenue (Ramsey County Road 30) is a main thoroughfare in Ramsey County, Minnesota, United States. Originally named Minneapolis Avenue, it was renamed by the Saint Paul City Council in 1904 in honor of Auguste Louis Larpenteur, a fur trader and one of the original 12 citizens in the city of Saint Paul. The west end of Larpenteur Avenue is at the border with Hennepin County in Lauderdale, immediately west of Minnesota State Highway 280. Larpenteur continues east from Lauderdale through the cities of Falcon Heights, Roseville, and Saint Paul, where it is an exit off of Interstate 35E and bisected by Lake Phalen to the east. It ends at Minnesota State Highway 120 (Century Avenue North) in Maplewood at the border of Washington County.Larpenteur Avenue forms the boundary between the city of Saint Paul and its northern suburbs. Larpenteur Avenue runs along the south side of the Les Bolstad Golf Course at the University of Minnesota and passes through the agricultural research fields on the north side of the University's Saint Paul Campus in Falcon Heights. Larpenteur Avenue continues west from Lauderdale into Minneapolis as Hennepin Avenue. Positionally, Larpenteur Avenue serves as "County Road A" and Roselawn Avenue as "County Road A2" in the Ramsey County's "Lettered County Roads".

Minneapolis Business College (MBC) was a for-profit career college in Roseville, Minnesota. It was founded in 1874 and moved to its current suburban location in 1983. It had nearby housing for students but over half of students came from the immediate Twin Cities area. MBC awarded diplomas and associate degrees. It closed in December 2019.

Parkview Center School (Parkview or PCS) is a public K-8 School located in Roseville, Minnesota. Parkview Center School is the only district-wide, kindergarten through eighth grade school in Roseville Area Schools District 623. Families living in the district, as well as in surrounding communities, choose to enroll their children at Parkview where innovation, high achievement and global education." are at the heart of the school. This K-8 public school was established in 1989. The building is also home to the school district's Early Childhood Family Education Center, which serves children from birth to five years old.Parkview Center School has procedures designed to allow equitable access for enrolling at PCS. An annual enrollment application timeline, followed by a lottery drawing every February, governs access to the School. The district neighborhood elementary schools draw their students from a specific district attendance area.The school's choice program attracts students from throughout the Roseville School District which serves Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Maplewood, and Shoreview, Minnesota, as well as from St. Paul and neighboring suburbs.
