Edvin Loach, also Edwin Loach, is a village in the civil parish of Edvin Loach and Saltmarshe, in east Herefordshire, England, and about 3 miles (5 km) north of the town of Bromyard, and east from Edwyn Ralph civil parish. The old church at Edvin Loach was built in the mid-11th century or later and was dedicated to St Giles. It is built within the earthworks of a Norman motte-and-bailey castle. Later it was re-dedicated to St Mary. The old church gradually became dilapidated, though its roof was still intact as late as the 1890s. It is in the guardianship of English Heritage. The new St Mary's Church, designed by Victorian architect Sir George Gilbert Scott in 1860, stands next to the ruins of the old church. It is an example of 19th-century church architecture designed in Early English style.

The parish comprises the National Trust property of Brockhampton Estate and Park, which includes Lower Brockhampton House Brockhampton is represented in the lowest tier of UK governance by the seven-member Brockhampton Group Parish Council, which also represents the parishes of Linton and Norton. As Herefordshire is a unitary authority—no district council between parish and county councils—the parish sends councillors representing the Bromyard Bringsty Ward, to Herefordshire County Council.Before 1998, the parish had been part of the Malvern Hills district of Hereford and Worcester.According to the 2001 census, it had a population of 106.

Edvin Loach and Saltmarshe is a civil parish in north-east Herefordshire, England, and is approximately 15 miles (24 km) north-east from the city and county town of Hereford. The nearest town is Bromyard, 2.5 miles (4 km) to the south-west. Within the parish is a George Gilbert Scott built parish church in the virtually depopulated settlement of Edvin Loach, and the repurposed site of the demolished Saltmarshe Castle.

The Brockhampton Estate is a National Trust property in Herefordshire, England, and is to the north of the A44 Bromyard to Worcester road, opposite the northern edge of Bringsty Common and east from the town of Bromyard. The significant aspect of the Estate is Lower Brockhampton, a timber framed manor house that dates to the late 14th century, surrounded by a moat, and entered by a restored gatehouse at the front of the house. The house is surrounded by 1,000 acres (400 ha) of farmland, some of it parkland, with specimen trees and 700 acres (280 ha) of woodland. In 2010, the National Trust undertook a major restoration of the house using traditional wattle and daub building methods.The Brockhampton Estate was bequeathed to the National Trust in 1946 by Colonel John Lutley, in whose family it had been for more than twenty generations, although the name of the family had changed several times through marriage.The site of the medieval village of Studmarsh is thought to be on the Estate; in 2012, an archaeological dig unearthed the foundations of two buildings that may have been part of the village.

Queen Elizabeth High School is a high school with academy status situated in Herefordshire, on the outskirts of Bromyard. The school meets the educational needs of the children in the area, with feeder primary schools including Burley Gate Primary School, St Peters Primary School, Brockhamton Primary School, Bredenbury Primary School. The governing board recently changed the name back to Queen Elizabeth High School from Queen Elizabeth Humanities College.

The parish touches Collington, Edvin Loach and Saltmarshe, Lower Sapey, Norton, Tedstone Delamere and Wolferlow. Tedstone Wafer shares a parish council with Edvin Loach and Saltmarshe, Tedstone Delamere, Upper Sapey and Wolferlow called "North Bromyard Group Parish Council".
