The Wilton Arms is a Grade II listed public house located in Kinnerton Street, Belgravia, London and built in 1825–26. Owned by Shepherd Neame, the pub closed in July 2019.

Wilton Place is a street in Knightsbridge, London. It runs north–south between Knightsbridge to the north and Wilton Crescent to the south. It is home to The Berkeley, a five star hotel, and St Paul's Church, Knightsbridge. The Berkeley stands on the site of what was Esmeralda's Barn, a nightclub given to Reggie Kray by the infamous landlord Peter Rachman. It was next to a bistro called Joan's Kitchen. No 8 was home to the actress Lillie Langtry. No 25 was home to the botanist William Bentham.

The Alexandra Hotel was a hotel at what is now 25–27 Knightsbridge, London. It was originally the Wallace Hotel, and opened in 1858 on the site of what had been a pub, the White Horse, and soon acquired two adjoining houses to allow expansion. It was bought in 1863, by the Alexandra Hotel Company Limited, formed specifically for that purpose, and the much-enlarged and remodelled "opulent" hotel, probably designed by the architect Francis E. H. Fowler, opened in 1864.During the night on 11 May 1941, a large bomb went through five floors before exploding in the heart of the fully occupied hotel, killing 24 and with another 26 people seriously injured. One of those killed was Marjorie Stewart Butler one of the crew of one of the first ambulances on the scene. Butler entered the damaged building to help casualties, but part of the building collapsed on her and she later died of her injuries.The hotel was demolished and rebuilt as Agriculture House in 1954, and as 25 and 27 Knightsbridge in 1993–95.

Kinnerton Street is in the district of Belgravia in the City of Westminster, London, England. It had modest origins as a service street for wealthy areas of the Grosvenor Estate and was originally occupied by the animals, servants, shopkeepers and tradesmen who served their richer neighbours. The small side streets on its west side end at the Ranelagh Sewer which was not covered over until 1844. The street was the site of a medical school where the dissecting was carried out for Gray's Anatomy. Later, the street was gentrified.

The Spaghetti House siege took place between 28 September and 3 October 1975. An attempted robbery of the Spaghetti House restaurant in Knightsbridge, London, went wrong and the police were quickly on the scene. The three robbers took the staff down into a storeroom and barricaded themselves in. They released all the hostages unharmed after six days. Two of the gunmen gave themselves up; the ringleader, Franklin Davies, shot himself in the stomach. All three were later imprisoned, as were two of their accomplices. The three robbers had been involved in black liberation organisations and, from the earliest stages of the siege and throughout their subsequent prison sentences, they claimed that they were acting for political reasons. The police did not believe them, and stated that this was a criminal act, not a political one. The police used fibre optic camera technology for live surveillance, and monitored the actions and conversations of the gunmen from the audio and visual output. The feed was watched by a forensic psychiatrist who advised police on the state of the men's minds, and how to best manage the ongoing negotiations.

The Grenadier is a public house in Belgravia, London. It was originally built in 1720 as the officers' mess for the senior infantry regiment of the British army, the 1st Regiment of Foot Guards, and located in a courtyard of their barracks. It was opened to the public in 1818 as The Guardsman, and subsequently renamed in honour of the Grenadier Guards' actions in the Battle of Waterloo.Being secluded in a wealthy district of London, it was frequented in the past by the Duke of Wellington and King George IV, and continues to attract an elite clientele such as Madonna and Prince William. It is also said to be haunted by the ghost of a subaltern who was beaten to death for cheating at cards. The pub was acquired from the green king group by ineos in September 2022.

Wilton Crescent is a street in central London, comprising a sweeping elegant terrace of Georgian houses and the private communal gardens that the semi-circle looks out upon. The houses were built in the early 19th century and are now Grade II listed buildings. The street is the northern projection of Belgravia and is often taken to fall into the category of London's garden squares.It is notable for its affluent and politically important list of residents, present and historic, and it today includes the High Commission of Singapore and equivalent Embassy of Luxembourg. Its closest public transit link is Hyde Park Corner tube station, beyond a cluster of affluent mews and St Paul's Knightsbridge (built in 1843).

Whaddon House is a block of flats in William Mews, Knightsbridge, London, England. Standing near the east side of Lowndes Square, the building runs north to south, parallel with and between the square and Kinnerton Street. From early 1964 to 1965, the British pop group The Beatles lived in Flat 7, and also Flat 5 and Flat 6 at some point. From late 1963, their manager Brian Epstein lived there in a top-floor flat, as did Pattie Boyd, who would later marry George Harrison.

The High Commission of Singapore in London is the diplomatic mission of Singapore in the United Kingdom. Also accredited as the Embassy of Singapore to Ireland and Iceland. The building forms one of a group of Grade II listed stucco buildings along the western side of Wilton Crescent, in the Belgravia district.
