Polyclinic Medical Center, also known as Polyclinic Hospital, is a polyclinic in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and part of UPMC Pinnacle, a regional system of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) that serves South Central Pennsylvania. Originally opening in 1909. Most of the building is occupied by Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute. On other floors are other programs, including two addiction clinics, physical and occupational therapy, audiology and hearing center, HIV clinic, outpatient laboratory, primary care office, and surgery optimization. The original building housing the first hospital at this location, dates to 1925–1926, with expansions in 1949–1952, 1955, 1959, and 1960. Its architecture is that of the Colonial Revival period. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

The Scottish Rite Cathedral in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is a Masonic building located at 2701 N. Third St. in Harrisburg. The "Theatre at the Scottish Rite Cathedral" was utilized in the "Harrisburg Arts Alive!" program, but in 2021 all events have been "on Hold Due to COVID-19 Virus".

It is significant architecturally as an example of Moorish Revival architecture. Construction on the edifice was started in 1928, and opened the building in 1930.Zembo Shrine is affiliated to Shriners International, a Masonic order and a philanthropic organization.

The Camp Curtin Fire Station is a historic fire station located at Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania and named for the Civil War camp of the same name. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1981, and was decommissioned the year prior because it was no longer large enough to accommodate standard fire trucks.

The Wesley Union African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church is an AME Zion Church of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. It was formally founded in 1829, starting with a log church building. As the congregation grew throughout the 19th century, the building was expanded until two brick church buildings were constructed in 1862 and 1898. For a period of time, the church operated a school for African American children.

William Donaldson House is a historic home located at Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. It was designed by Smith & Warner and built in 1887, and is a 3+1⁄2-story Queen Anne style dwelling funded by William Mayne Donaldson, president of the Donaldson Paper Company. A rear addition was constructed about 1910. It has a stone foundation, brick first story, and wood shingle second and third stories. It features irregular massing, a variety of surface textures, multiple intersecting roofs, bay windows, porch and balconies, and a turret with spindle. The house was converted to apartments in 1925.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Camp Curtin is a historic neighborhood in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania's northern end, located in Uptown and named for the American Civil War camp of the same name. Sheffield Apartments is a historic apartment building located at Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1925, and is a three-story, rectangular brick building in the Mission Revival style. The facade is three bays wide, and it features three story bay windows on each side of the center entrance bay. It has 14 apartments.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Academy Manor is a historical suburban subdivision of the Riverside neighborhood within the Uptown section of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The neighborhood extends north from Front and Division Street up to the location of former Harrisburg Academy (the neighborhood's namesake), west to Parkview Lane, and south back to Division St. It was established in the early 20th century with specific plans in terms of lot sizes, setbacks, and the kinds of buildings permitted.

Uptown is a section of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania located North of the Midtown and Downtown neighborhoods. Dixon University Center was a former higher education center made up of college and university-level programs from a consortium of schools in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The facility was located on the former campus of Harrisburg Academy. The site was leased from 1988 until 1991, when it was purchased by PASSHE. In 2022, the campus was sold to the Jewish Federation of Greater Harrisburg to create the Alexander Grass Campus for Jewish Life.
