The hotel is situated right next to the Trident Hotel property close to NH-8, also under a management contract with Orbit Resorts.In January 2012, it became the first Indian luxury hotel to be named, "the World's Leading Luxury Hotel for 2011", at the annual 'World Travel Awards'. Previously in December 2011, CNNGo named it amongst, "11 Indian hotels to visit in 2012".The hotel restaurants include the 24-hour multi-cuisine Threesixtyone and Amaranta which serves speciality coastal Indian cuisine. The property also has a bar termed as 'The Piano Bar', a cigar lounge and a spa.

Cyber City is a station of the Rapid Metro Gurgaon that was inaugurated on 7 May 2014. It's owned by Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation Limited (HMRTC) and operated by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). Earlier it was operated by Rapid Metro Gurgaon Limited (RMGL). The station was named after IndusInd Bank under corporate branding of stations, but the naming rights of the metro station expired in 2019.

Ambience Mall, Gurgaon is a shopping mall in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. It contains a built-up area of 21 lakhs square feet and a retail (GLA) area of 18 lakhs square feet. Most floors have a shopping area of 860 meters. Ambience Mall has more than 230 stores and food outlets. Its parking space can accommodate about 4000 vehicles. The mall was opened for public in 2007. It has won the "Best Shopping Center of the Year" and "Most Admired Shopping Centre of the Year" awards.

iSKATE is an ice skating rink and café located on the 6th floor of the Ambience Mall in Gurugram, India. The skating rink is 15,000 sq. feet and was established on 18 December 2011.According to Ice Skating Association of India, the rink is one of the best among the very few indoor ice skating rinks in the country.

Moulsari Avenue is a station of the Rapid Metro Gurgaon opened in November 2013. It is owned by Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation Limited (HMRTC) and operated by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). Earlier it was operated by Rapid Metro Gurgaon Limited (RMGL). The station was named after Indian handset manufacturing company Micromax Informatics under corporate branding of stations, but its rights expired in 2019. This metro station is well connected to DLF industrial city and the headquarters of many MNCs. It's the nearest metro station for Ambience Mall, Gurgaon.

The NorthCap University (NCU), formerly ITM University, is a private university situated in Sector 23-A, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. It was founded in 1996 by Educate India Society, registered under the Registration of Societies Act of 1860 as an Engineering Institute, to provide education in Technical and Management. Formerly it was under Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak.The Institute gained the status of private university in the Academic Year 2009–10, and was renamed ITM University.

The Dwarka Sector 21 metro station is located on the Blue Line of the Delhi Metro. This station was built as an extension together with Dwarka Sector 8 in order to serve Dwarka residents better and provide interchange with the Delhi Airport Express. It was designed by Absolute Architecture. The station was inaugurated on 30 October 2010 after the completion of successful trials and approval from the railway inspector.Interchange to the Delhi Airport Express are available. Besides serving as a station for the Delhi Metro, the upper levels of the building has been rented out and converted into the a mall, called Pacific D21 Mall. The building consists of the station on the underground levels and the mall and commercials activities on the remaining upper two levels including the ground floor which largelly consits of the station premises with the remaining space being covered by mall rent-outs. It will also be the first Delhi Metro station to feature hotel rooms within the complex.As of August 2014 it had the largest rooftop solar plant in the city. Through this plant, the DMRC plans to produce power for all operations at Dwarka Sector 21 station. The plant has a capacity of 500 kW, and is the largest of its kind in NCR under the Renewable Energy Service model and is a result of cooperation between DMRC and Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) through 'ComSolar', a project that supports commercialization of solar energy in India.This station has been installed with platform screen doors on the orange line.

DLF Cyber City is a commercial office space in Gurugram, Haryana, India, which was opened in 2003. The area is home to several top IT and Fortune 500 company offices. The area has been termed a "futuristic commercial hub" and is considered one of the largest hubs of IT activity in Delhi NCR. Cyber City lies near Udyog Vihar, which is a conventional industrial area on the opposite side of NH-48. Cyber Hub is a large shopping and eating area with a number of leading restaurants and shops, which caters primarily to the people working in DLF Cyber City.
