Champtoceaux

Orée-d'Anjou (French pronunciation: [ɔʁe dɑ̃ʒu] , literally Edge of Anjou) is a commune in the Maine-et-Loire department of western France. Champtoceaux is the municipal seat.

On 1 January 2019, it was merged into the new commune Ancenis-Saint-Géréon. It is a former sub-prefecture of the department, and was the seat of the former arrondissement of Ancenis. It played a great historical role as a key location on the road to Nantes (23 miles to the southwest), the historical capital of Brittany. It was named "the key of Brittany" and the door of Brittany.

Saint-Sauveur-de-Landemont (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ sovœʁ də lɑ̃dmɔ̃] , literally Saint-Sauveur of Landemont) is a former commune in the Maine-et-Loire department in western France. On 15 December 2015, it was merged into the new commune Orée-d'Anjou. Its population was 994 in 2019.

Canton of Champtoceaux is a former canton of France, located in the Maine-et-Loire department, in the Pays de la Loire region. It had 15,824 inhabitants (2012). It was disbanded following the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. It consisted of 9 communes, which joined the canton of La Pommeraye in 2015.

The Château de Clermont (French: [ʃɑto d(ə) klɛʁmɔ̃]) is a 17th-century château located in the commune of Le Cellier, approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi) from Nantes, in western France. It was built between 1643 and 1649. The château was owned by the Maupassant family before later becoming the residence of renowned French actor Louis de Funès.

Divatte-sur-Loire (French pronunciation: [divat syʁ lwaʁ] , literally Divatte on Loire; Breton: Diwazh-Liger) is a commune in the department of Loire-Atlantique, western France. The municipality was established on 1 January 2016 by merger of the former communes of La Chapelle-Basse-Mer and Barbechat.
