The National Taiwan University Sports Center (Chinese: 臺大綜合體育館; pinyin: Táidà Zònghé Tǐyùguǎn) is a major multi-purpose indoor arena in National Taiwan University, Taipei City, Taiwan. It was built by and is now managed by National Taiwan University. The sports center has 4,200 seats.

The Intellectual Property Office (TIPO; Chinese: 經濟部智慧財產局; pinyin: Jīngjìbù Zhìhuì Cáichǎnjú) is the patent, trademark, and copyright office of Taiwan. It operates under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA). As of July 2011, TIPO had a staff of 734 persons, with more than half of them handling patent matters.

National Taipei University of Education (NTUE; Chinese: 國立臺北教育大學) is a university located in Daan District, Taipei, Taiwan that predominantly focuses on teacher training. It was established in 1895, at the beginning of the Japanese colonial rule of Taiwan, as the Governor-General's Taihoku Teacher's College.

The Wistaria Tea House (Chinese: 紫藤廬; pinyin: Zǐténg Lú), the Wisteria House, or Wistaria House is a historical teahouse in Daan District, Taipei, Taiwan. The establishment is situated in a Japanese-style wooden house built in the 1920s on Xinsheng South Road. The teahouse is named after the three wisteria vines planted in the front courtyard forming a shaded area leading to the entrance of the building. The teahouse, with its circa 1930s decor, was reopened to much fanfare after a long needed renovation in 2008.The teahouse was used during the filming of Eat Drink Man Woman.

The National Applied Research Laboratories (NARLabs; traditional Chinese: 財團法人國家實驗研究院; simplified Chinese: 财团法人国家实验研究院; pinyin: Cáituán Fǎrén Guójiā Shíyàn Yánjiùyuàn) is a research institution in Taiwan resulted from the combination of national laboratories into an independent nonprofit institute. It is located in Republic of China.

National Taiwan University (NTU; simplified Chinese: 国立台湾大学; traditional Chinese: 國立臺灣大學; pinyin: Guólì Táiwān Dàxué; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Kok-li̍p Tâi-oân Tāi-ha̍k; colloquially, 臺大; Táidà / Tâi-tāi) is a national university located in Taipei, Taiwan. NTU has been considered the most comprehensive university on the island. It consists of 11 colleges, 56 departments, 133 graduate institutes, over 60 research centers and a school of professional education and continuing studies.The university was founded in 1928 during Japanese rule as the seventh of the Imperial Universities, Taihoku Imperial University to serve under the purpose of Japanese colonization. After World War II, the Nationalist Kuomintang (KMT) government assumed the administration of the university. The Ministry of Education reorganized and renamed the university to its current name on November 15, 1945, with its roots of liberal tradition from Peking University in Beijing by former NTU President Fu Ssu-nien.Notable alumni include Tsai Ing-Wen, current President of the Republic of China, former presidents Lee Teng-hui, Chen Shui-bian and Ma Ying-jeou, Turing Award laureate Andrew Yao, and Nobel Prize in Chemistry laureate Yuan T. The International Chinese Language Program (ICLP; Chinese: 國際華語研習所) is an institution for intensive training in formal Mandarin, Taiwanese, Classical Chinese, and other varieties of Chinese. It is located in Gongguan, Taipei, on the main campus of National Taiwan University (NTU).

St. John's Episcopal Cathedral (Chinese: 聖約翰座堂; pinyin: Shèngyuēhàn Zuòtáng; Wade–Giles: Shêng4-yüeh1-han4 tso4-tʽang2) is the cathedral of the Episcopal Diocese of Taiwan, a diocese of the Episcopal Church of the United States, which is part of the worldwide Anglican Communion. The cathedral church is located at No. 280, Second Section, Fuhsing South Road, Da'an District, Taipei, Taiwan. A large building in southern Taipei, it was built in 1955 by Chinese Anglicans who had fled mainland China in 1949 after the Chinese Communist Revolution. It was elevated to a cathedral when the Diocese of Taiwan was established in 1961–1962. The annex was added in 1963.
