Fafe

Parque Municipal dos Desportos de Fafe is a multi-use stadium in Fafe, Portugal. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of AD Fafe. The stadium is able to hold 8,000 people. It was built in 1968 and it is used by AD Fafe which currently plays in the Portuguese Third Division.

In 2013, the parish merged into the new parish Freitas e Vila Cova.The civil parish has an area 6,24 km², with 745 inhabitants for a density of 119,4 people/km² (2001 census). The first lord of the village, a contemporary of the first king of Portugal, around 1164, became known as João das Freitas, hence initiating the surname Freitas.In an adjacent civil parish, Travassós, there is a second, smaller village named Freitas. Atães e Rendufe (officially: União das Freguesias de Atães e Rendufe) is a civil parish in the municipality of Guimarães, Portugal. It was formed in 2013 by the merger of the former parishes Atães and Rendufe. The population in 2021 was 2,580, in an area of 12.09 km2.

It was the seat of a freguesia that was abolished in 2013, as part of a national administrative reform, to form a new parish, together with São Paio and São Sebastião, called Oliveira, São Paio e São Sebastião, with its seat at Alameda de São Dâmaso in Guimarães.
