Tubber, County Offaly

Kilmanaghan (Irish: Cill Mhancháin, meaning 'Manchan’s church') is a civil parish which spans the counties of Offaly and Westmeath in Ireland. It is located about 28 km (17 mi) south–west of Mullingar and 18 km (11 mi) north–west of Tullamore.

Kilcumreragh (Irish: Cill Chruimthir Fhiachrach) is a civil parish which spans the counties of Westmeath and Offaly in Ireland. It is located about 23 km (14 mi) west–south–west of Mullingar and 18 km (11 mi) north–north–west of Tullamore. Kilcumreragh also spans three baronies. It is one of 8 civil parishes in the barony of Moycashel (M), 4 civil parishes in the barony of Clonlonan (C) and 4 civil parishes in the Offaly barony of Kilcoursey (K), all in the province of Leinster. The civil parish covers 9,280.6 acres (37.557 km2), 6,964.9 acres (28.186 km2) in County Westmeath and 2,315.7 acres (9.371 km2) in County Offaly. Kilcumreragh civil parish comprises the village of Rosemount and 32 townlands: Ballagh (C), Ballinderry (C and M), Ballinlig (M), Ballintober (M), Ballybeg (C), Ballybrickoge (M), Ballybroder (C), Ballynagall (M), Ballynagrenia (M), Ballynahinch (K), Brackagh (K), Burrow or Glennanummer (K), Cartron Glebe (K), Coolatoor or Grouselodge (M), Coolatoor (M), Curragh (M), Curraghanana (K), Custorum (M), Derryhall (M), Curraghanana (K), Earlscartron (K), Faheeran (K), Fearboy (K), Feargarrow (K), Grange (M), Grouselodge or Coolatoor (M), Kilcatherina (C), Kilcumeragh (M), Kilmurragh (K), Laragh (M), Lisnagree (M) Newtown and Parkwood (K). The neighbouring civil parishes are: Killare (barony of Rathconrath) to the north, Ardnurcher or Horseleap to the east, Kilmanaghan (Barony of Clonlonan), Kilcumreragh (County Offaly) and Kilmanaghan (County Offaly) to the south, Ballyloughloe (Clonlonan) to the west and Ballymore (Rathconrath) to the west and north.

Moate (; Irish: An Móta) is a town in County Westmeath, Ireland. As of the 2022 census, it had a population of 3,013. The town's Irish name, An Móta, is derived from the term motte-and-bailey, as the Normans built an example of this type of fortification here. The earthwork is still visible behind the buildings on the main street. The town later became an important marketplace and Quaker village. It made the town more wealthy than equivalent towns in Leinster. There are several extant examples of Quaker houses on the main street, which itself is typical of an Irish marketplace.

Moate railway station is a former railway station which served the town of Moate in County Westmeath, Ireland. Previously a stop on the Midland Great Western Railway's main line to Galway and later on the main route between Dublin and stations in County Mayo, the station was closed in 1987. As of 2015, the line and station at Moate form part of the Athlone to Mullingar Cycleway.

Moyvoughly (historically Moyvaghly, from Irish: Maigh Bhachla) is a small village in the countryside of County Westmeath. It is about 5 km north of the town of Moate. The village has a post office and an old school.

Rosemount, historically called Ballybrickoge (Irish: Baile an Bhric Óig), is a village in County Westmeath, Ireland. It is located 5 km northeast of the town of Moate.

Ballymore (Irish: An Baile Mór) is a civil parish in County Westmeath, Ireland. It is located about 24 km (15 mi) west of Mullingar. Ballymore is one of nine civil parishes in the barony of Rathconrath in the province of Leinster. The civil parish covers 10,434.9 acres (42.229 km2). Ballymore civil parish comprises the village of Ballymore and 22 townlands: Ballinlig Lower, Ballinlig Upper, Ballymore, Ballynacorra, Ballynafearagh, Calliaghstown, Carricknagower, Cloncullen, Dungolman, Glebe, Harrystown, Lugacaha, Milltown, Moneynamanagh or Umma Beg, Moyvoughly, Mullenmeehan, Newtown, Raheen, Shinglis, Snimnagorta, Toorevagh, Umma Beg or Moneynamanagh and Umma More. The neighbouring civil parishes are: Forgney and Noughaval (County Longford) to the north, Killare to the east, Ballyloughloe and Kilcumreragh to the south and Drumraney and Noughaval to the west.

Mount Temple (Irish: an Grianán) is a village in County Westmeath in Ireland, about 6.5 km northwest of Moate. It is noted for its golf course of the same name. It was historically called Ballyloughloe. Mount Temple, along with its sister village Baylin (or Baelin), are the only two villages in the civil parish of Ballyloughloe.

Rahan (Irish: Raithean) is a parish and village in County Offaly, Ireland. It is associated with medieval abbot Mochuda (also known as St. Carthage). The village is located on the banks of the river Clodagh approximately 8 km from Tullamore. The parish of Rahan extends from The Island near Ballycumber in the north to Mucklagh in the south.

Castledaly (Irish: Caisleán Uí Dhálaigh) is a village and electoral district in County Westmeath, Ireland. It is 5 km southwest of Moate and 11 km east of Athlone, on the R444 road.

Clonlonan (Irish: Cluain Lonáin) is a barony in south–west County Westmeath, Ireland. It was formed by 1672. It is bordered by County Offaly to the south and a small part of County Roscommon at Long Island on the River Shannon to the west. It also borders four other Westmeath baronies: Kilkenny West and Rathconrath (to the north), Moycashel (to the north–east) and Brawny (to the west). The largest centre of population in the barony is the town of Moate.

Aghanashanamore is a townland in the civil parish of Ballyloughloe in County Westmeath, Ireland, east of Athlone and bordered by Mount Temple.
