Timothy Bancroft House

The Wildwood Cottage is a historic house on Bancroft Road in Harrisville, New Hampshire. Built in the 1860s, this 1+1⁄2-story Greek Revival cottage is one of two surviving houses associated with a small-scale industrial area known as "Mosquitoville". It was probably the residence of the owners of the sawmill at the site. The Mosquitoville complex (of which only the two houses survive), was an economically significant part of the town for nearly 100 years, supplying wooden parts to the mills in the center of Harrisville. This house stylistically resembles some of those built in the village.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Built in 1932, it is a finely crafted example of Colonial Revival architecture, built in conscious imitation of an earlier form that might have occupied the same site. Harrisville Pond is a 138-acre (0.56 km2) water body located in Cheshire County in southwestern New Hampshire, United States, in the town of Harrisville. It is one of many lakes and ponds along Nubanusit Brook, a tributary of the Contoocook River. Water from Nubanusit Lake flows via the Great Meadows into the pond on the north side and out of the pond at two dams on the south side. One dam allows the level of the pond to be raised or lowered and also adjusts the flow through the mills that span that part of the outlet, while the other dam is made of large stones and sandbags. The village of Harrisville is located at the outlet of the pond. The pond is warm water and contains largemouth and smallmouth bass, Eastern chain pickerel, brown bullhead, black crappie and bluegill.

The Persia Beal House is a historic house at 797 Chesham Road in Harrisville, New Hampshire. It is now the Harrisville Inn. Built about 1842, it is one of the best-preserved 19th century connected farmsteads in the town. The property is also notable for its association with Arthur E. Childs, who purchased the property to serve as the estate farm for his nearby Aldworth Manor summer estate. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Aldworth Manor, also known as the Arthur E. Childs House, is a historic summer estate house in rural Harrisville, New Hampshire. The house is located at the top of a hill at the end of Aldworth Road, formerly the estate's access drive, and was one of the premiere estate houses of the early 20th century in the town. The house was originally built c.1850 in Worcester, Massachusetts. It was inherited by Arthur E. Childs, a Worcester native from a wealthy family, in the early 20th century.

The George Cheever Farm is a historic farmstead at the corner of Nelson and Tolman Pond Roads in Harrisville, New Hampshire. This 1½-story wood-frame house was built in the early 1860s, and is a well-preserved example of a period farmhouse. It is architecturally distinctive because of a rear saltbox style addition, and its shed-roof dormers. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Skatutakee Lake is a 236-acre (0.96 km2) water body located in Cheshire County in southwestern New Hampshire, United States, in the town of Harrisville. Water from Skatutakee Lake flows via Nubanusit Brook to the Contoocook River in Peterborough and ultimately to the Merrimack River. The lake is classified as a warmwater fishery, with observed species including smallmouth and largemouth bass, chain pickerel, horned pout, northern pike, and black crappie.
