Oaks Park is a public park in Carshalton in the London Borough of Sutton. It is bounded on the south by Croydon Lane (A2022), and on the east by Woodmansterne Road; smaller roads lie to the west and north.

Little Woodcote is an area in the London Borough of Sutton, and also in the London Borough of Croydon and it is located in the south-east of the borough south of Woodcote Green and Carshalton on the Hill. Nearby is Oaks Park. The area falls within the Carshalton South and Clockhouse Ward of Sutton Borough.

Woodmansterne railway station is a railway station which primarily serves the western areas of Coulsdon in the London Borough of Croydon, England. Situated on the Tattenham Corner line, it is 17 miles 40 chains (28.2 km) from London Charing Cross. For ticketing purposes the station is in London Travelcard Zone 6. The station has a single island platform, which can be reached by a footbridge, and there is a ticket office on the platform. All trains serving Woodmansterne are operated by Southern, which also manages the station. Despite its name, the station is not located in Woodmansterne itself, which actually lies just under 2 miles (3.2 km) northwest of the station and is on the other side of the Greater London boundary in Surrey.

Chipstead is a predominantly commuter village in north-east Surrey, England, that has been a small ecclesiastical parish since the Domesday Survey of 1086. Its rolling landscape meant that Chipstead's development was late and restricted compared to parishes of comparable distance from London. Formerly and formally including Hooley and Netherne-on-the-Hill, on census day, 1831 Chipstead had 66 homes. Today, excluding those two parts, the village has 1,212 homes spread across the slopes and crests of a northern section of the North Downs. Parts of the village are in or adjoin the Surrey Hills AONB.

Woodmansterne is a village in the borough of Reigate and Banstead, Surrey, bordering Greater London, England. It sits on a small plateau of and a southern down slope of the North Downs and its ecclesiastical parish borders continue to span old boundaries and reach into Chipstead, Coulsdon and Wallington.

Cane Hill Hospital was a psychiatric hospital in Coulsdon in the London Borough of Croydon. The hospital motto was "Aversos compono animos" (I bring relief to troubled minds). The hospital was built in the 1880s, but from the 1960s its use was starting to decline and it eventually closed completely in the 2000s. The former site is owned by GLA Land and Property.

Woodcote High School is a secondary school with academy status located in the Coulsdon area of the London Borough of Croydon, England. Woodcote is a coeducational school, of around 1200 students. The school gained Specialist Sports College and Mathematics and Computing College status.

Chipstead railway station serves the village of Chipstead in Surrey. It is a late-Victorian station on the Tattenham Corner Line and was opened in 1897. The station and all trains serving it are operated by Southern. It is in Travelcard Zone 6, 18 miles 41 chains (29.8 km) from Charing Cross. The station buildings are no longer used by Southern, having been sold off and converted for private use in the mid-late 1990s, and a small ticket office is in a pre-fabricated building on the Up platform.
