Bryan Court is a bungalow court located at 427 S. Marengo Ave. in Pasadena, California. The court includes seven Craftsman-style homes surrounding a central courtyard. The stucco houses are designed to resemble English cottages and have porches and jerkinhead roofs. D. M. Renton built the court in 1916.The court was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

The Royal Laundry Complex is a historic laundry plant located at 443 S. Raymond Avenue in Pasadena, California consisting of close to 72,500-square-foot. Gordon Kaufmann, a prominent architect who also designed the Hoover Dam and several buildings at the California Institute of Technology, designed the plant. Kaufman's Spanish Colonial Revival design for the plant signified a shift in his style to include modern elements, which ultimately came to dominate his work. The complex currently serves as the world headquarters of Bluebeam, Inc. and was formerly the company headquarters of the Disney Store.

The Evanston Inn is a historic hotel located at 395 S Marengo Ave. in Pasadena, California. The inn was built in 1897 and served as a smaller and less lavish alternative to Pasadena's luxury hotels. The building was designed in a combination of the Queen Anne and Colonial Revival styles, and the original section of the building features decorative shingling. In 1898 and 1905, the inn constructed additional wings due to the growth in Pasadena tourism. The inn is now the only extant wood-frame hotel in Pasadena.The inn was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 13, 1984.In 2017, the inn was restored as part of a new housing development called Evanston Court. The development received preservation awards from the City of Pasadena and the California Preservation Association.

The South Marengo Historic District is a residential historic district located along South Marengo Avenue in Pasadena, California. The district consists of twelve Craftsman-style bungalows situated on the two blocks between Bellevue Drive and California Boulevard. The homes were built from 1901 to 1916, at the height of the bungalow's popularity in Pasadena. Several prominent local architects designed the homes, including Louis B. Easton, planner of the homes at 530 and 540 South Marengo; Easton's work was featured in Gustav Stickley's magazine The Craftsman. Marengo Avenue was considered an upscale district of Pasadena at the time, partly due to its well-designed homes and partly due to the pepper trees planted along the street.The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 2, 1982.

Madison Heights is a neighborhood in Pasadena, California. It is bordered by California Boulevard to the north; Lake Avenue, Arden Road, Oak Knoll Avenue, Oak Knoll Circle, and El Molino Avenue to the east; Allendale, Los Robles Avenue, and South Pasadena to the south, and Marengo Avenue to the west.

Don Carlos Court is a bungalow court located at 374–386 S. Marengo Ave. in Pasadena, California. The court contains seven homes built around a central courtyard and walkway. The homes were designed in the Spanish Colonial Revival style and were all built with stucco facades and tiled gable roofs. The courtyard includes a decorative birdbath and planter. Contractor Clarence Hudson Burrell built the court in 1927.The court was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 11, 1983.

The Bekins Storage Co. Roof Sign is a rooftop sign in Pasadena, California, which originally advertised the Bekins Storage Company. The sign was erected in 1926 and converted to a neon sign in 1929. Located 60 feet (18 m) above the ground at the top of the Bekins Storage Company building, the sign was designed to attract the attention of drivers of Fair Oaks Avenue, which was part of U.S. Route 66 from 1926 until 1940. The sign is now the only surviving large rooftop sign from before World War II in Pasadena, and one of few remaining signs of any type from the period. Similar signs are now banned by Pasadena law, though signs from before 1960 are exempted and listed on a city register. The sign was later renovated to promote the A. American Storage Co. and now advertises Public Storage.The sign was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 15, 1997.

The Stoutenburgh House is a historic house located at 255 S. Marengo Ave. in Pasadena, California. Built in 1893, the house was designed by Los Angeles architect J. H. Bradbeer in the Queen Anne style. The house's design features a roof with many gables, multiple porches with turned columns and brackets carved by bandsaws, and patterned shingle siding. An original carriage house and barn are also located on the property. John and Mary Stoutenburgh, a prominent local couple, lived in the house; John died in 1904, but Mary occupied the house into the 1920s.The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 25, 1980.

Los Angeles College of Music (LACM, formerly LAMA College for Music Professionals) is a private for-profit music college in Pasadena, in Los Angeles County, California. It has been accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music since 2003. More than 1000 students have graduated from the school, about half of them from outside the United States.

Sara-Thel Court is a bungalow court located at 618-630 S. Marengo Ave. in Pasadena, California. The court includes seven buildings arranged around a central walkway; six of the buildings are single-family units, while a double unit is located at the end of the walkway. Built in 1921, the court was designed by Jas. Humphreys. The houses were mainly designed in the American Craftsman style and feature gable roofs with shallow slopes and exposed rafters; the moldings on the homes were inspired by the Colonial Revival style.

Cottage Court is a bungalow court located at 642–654 S. Marengo Ave. in Pasadena, California. The court consists of seven houses surrounding a narrow courtyard. The stucco homes were built in 1923 and designed in the Colonial Revival style. The designs feature gable roofs with wide eaves and recessed porches with supporting columns. The courtyard includes a walkway and two light poles.The court was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 11, 1983.

Del Mar station is an at-grade light rail station on the A Line of the Los Angeles Metro Rail system. It is located between Arroyo Parkway and Raymond Avenue at Del Mar Boulevard, after which the station is named, in Pasadena, California. The station is located on the site of the historic Pasadena Santa Fe Depot and the station building, built in 1935, still stands on the property. The property surrounding the station, situated on the southern edge of Old Town Pasadena, has been used extensively for transit-oriented development projects, including one apartment building that was built over the tracks, creating a tunnel for trains. The light rail station opened on July 26, 2003, as part of the original Gold Line, then known as the "Pasadena Metro Blue Line" project. It is one of the stations near the Rose Parade route on Colorado Boulevard and is used by people coming to see the parade.This station features station art called Kinetic Energy, created by artist Ries Niemi.
