Sara-Thel Court

Cottage Court is a bungalow court located at 642–654 S. Marengo Ave. in Pasadena, California. The court consists of seven houses surrounding a narrow courtyard. The stucco homes were built in 1923 and designed in the Colonial Revival style. The designs feature gable roofs with wide eaves and recessed porches with supporting columns. The courtyard includes a walkway and two light poles.The court was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 11, 1983.

The South Marengo Historic District is a residential historic district located along South Marengo Avenue in Pasadena, California. The district consists of twelve Craftsman-style bungalows situated on the two blocks between Bellevue Drive and California Boulevard. The homes were built from 1901 to 1916, at the height of the bungalow's popularity in Pasadena. Several prominent local architects designed the homes, including Louis B. Easton, planner of the homes at 530 and 540 South Marengo; Easton's work was featured in Gustav Stickley's magazine The Craftsman. Marengo Avenue was considered an upscale district of Pasadena at the time, partly due to its well-designed homes and partly due to the pepper trees planted along the street.The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 2, 1982.

The Court at 744-756½ S. Marengo Ave. is a bungalow court located at 744-756½ S. Marengo Ave. in Pasadena, California. The court includes six buildings containing fourteen residential units centered on a driveway. Two of the buildings are two stories tall, while the remainder are one story. Contractor D. J. Ringle built the court in 1931. The homes were designed in the Art Deco style and feature fluted parapets and engaged piers. The court is one of the few Art Deco residential properties in Pasadena and has thus been called "probably the most unusual" bungalow court in the city.The court was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 11, 1983.

Marengo Gardens is a bungalow court located at the intersection of South Marengo Avenue and Ohio Street in Pasadena, California. The court, which was built in 1913, consists of nine single-family bungalows; six of the houses are centered on a courtyard, while the remaining three face Marengo Avenue. The homes were designed in the American Craftsman style; each house includes various different features of the style, such as shingle or clapboard siding, shallow-sloped gable roofs, decorative brickwork, and buttressed piers.

Madison Heights is a neighborhood in Pasadena, California. Euclid Court is a bungalow court located at 545 S. Euclid Ave. in Pasadena, California. The court consists of eight residential units in five buildings surrounding a central courtyard. The court was built in 1921; however, one house in the court was built in 1888 and later incorporated into the court's design. The homes were designed by the Postle Company in the Tudor Revival style; their designs feature half-timbered facades, porches with brick walls, and stucco chimneys. Both gable and jerkinhead roofs were used to top the houses.The court was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 11, 1983.

Bryan Court is a bungalow court located at 427 S. Marengo Ave. in Pasadena, California. The court includes seven Craftsman-style homes surrounding a central courtyard. The stucco houses are designed to resemble English cottages and have porches and jerkinhead roofs. D. M. Renton built the court in 1916.The court was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

The Evanston Inn is a historic hotel located at 395 S Marengo Ave. in Pasadena, California. The inn was built in 1897 and served as a smaller and less lavish alternative to Pasadena's luxury hotels. The building was designed in a combination of the Queen Anne and Colonial Revival styles, and the original section of the building features decorative shingling. In 1898 and 1905, the inn constructed additional wings due to the growth in Pasadena tourism. The inn is now the only extant wood-frame hotel in Pasadena.The inn was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 13, 1984.In 2017, the inn was restored as part of a new housing development called Evanston Court. The development received preservation awards from the City of Pasadena and the California Preservation Association.

Fillmore station is an at-grade light rail station on the A Line of the Los Angeles Metro Rail system. It is located on Fillmore Street, after which the station is named, between Raymond Avenue and Arroyo Parkway in Pasadena, California. The station opened on July 26, 2003, as part of the original Gold Line, then known as the "Pasadena Metro Blue Line" project. This station features station art called Geologica 42, created by artist Michael C. McMillen. Platform seating was designed in the form of steamer trunks. The station has a parking lot with both free (first-come, first-served) and reserved paid parking.

The Home Laundry is a historic building at 432 S. Arroyo Parkway in Pasadena, California. The building was constructed in 1922 for the Home Laundry Company, a laundry service founded by Pasadena businessmen Daniel M. Linnard, Arnold J. Bertonneau, and Edward K. Hoak. All three were well known in Pasadena, and Linnard had a national reputation for his work in the hotel industry. The company's building represented a new type of building design in Pasadena, as the company's office space and industrial space were both visually separated and structurally integrated. In addition, the building has an uncommon Tudor Revival design created by the local architecture firm Marston, Van Pelt & Maybury. The building's design features ornamental half-timbering on the front façade, coursed brickwork, gabled dormers above the second-story windows, and stone quoins at the corners. The building is the only Tudor Revival commercial or industrial building in Pasadena.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 18, 1987.

The Royal Laundry Complex is a historic laundry plant located at 443 S. Raymond Avenue in Pasadena, California consisting of close to 72,500-square-foot. Gordon Kaufmann, a prominent architect who also designed the Hoover Dam and several buildings at the California Institute of Technology, designed the plant. Kaufman's Spanish Colonial Revival design for the plant signified a shift in his style to include modern elements, which ultimately came to dominate his work. The complex currently serves as the world headquarters of Bluebeam, Inc. and was formerly the company headquarters of the Disney Store.

Don Carlos Court is a bungalow court located at 374–386 S. Marengo Ave. in Pasadena, California. The court contains seven homes built around a central courtyard and walkway. The homes were designed in the Spanish Colonial Revival style and were all built with stucco facades and tiled gable roofs. The courtyard includes a decorative birdbath and planter. Contractor Clarence Hudson Burrell built the court in 1927.The court was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 11, 1983.
