The Junior Athenaeum Club was a gentlemen's club in Piccadilly, London, from 1864 to the 1930s, with similar aims to the Athenaeum Club.

The Athenaeum is a family-owned five-star hotel overlooking Green Park in Piccadilly, London.

The Sheraton Grand London Park Lane is a 5 Star hotel on Piccadilly, London. The hotel opened in 1927 as The Park Lane Hotel to designs by architects Adie, Button and Partners, in a grand Art Deco style, and was constructed by the developer Sir Bracewell Smith. The original architect had been C. W. Stephens, who designed Harrods, but work had stopped at the outbreak of the First World War, and Stephens died in 1917. The building is a fine example with a mansard roof and Portland stone facade. The building is Grade II listed and has 303 bedrooms on eight floors with the front overlooking Green Park towards Buckingham Palace. The hotel was bought by ITT Sheraton in April 1996 for $70 million. ITT Sheraton was acquired by Starwood in 1998. Starwood sold its leasehold on the hotel to Sir Richard Sutton's Settled Estates in 2014, but continues to operate the property, under a long-term management contract. Though the hotel was a Sheraton property from 1996 on, it did not actually begin using the Sheraton name for twenty years, until 19 July 2016, when it was renamed Sheraton Grand London Park Lane upon the completion of a major renovation.The hotel is featured in the films The End of the Affair, The Winds of War and The Golden Compass.

The Cavalry and Guards Club is a London gentlemen's club, at 127 Piccadilly, situated next to the RAF Club.

The Cavalry Club was a London gentlemen's club, which was established in 1890. In 1975, it merged with the Guards' Club, and became the Cavalry and Guards Club, which still exists today. When the Cavalry Club first occupied the site, on Piccadilly in Mayfair, in 1890, it was a proprietary club owned by an officer in the 20th Hussars, but five years later, ownership passed into the hands of its members and it became a members' club. They raised the funds to build an entirely new clubhouse, which was designed by B. N. H. Orphoot of Mewes and Davies and completed on the site in 1908.Like many London clubs, both the Cavalry Club and the Guards' Club went through a period of serious financial hardship in the 1970s. The solution proposed was a merger. The Guards' Club was due to close anyway, so their premises closed in 1975, and their 800 members joined the renamed Cavalry Club, also bringing numerous objets d'art with them.

Membership is open to men and women who hold, or have held, commissions in the RAF, PMRAFNS, Reserve Forces and Commonwealth and friendly foreign air forces. The Chairman is Air Marshal Dame Sue Gray CB, OBE, RAF.

The St James's Club was a London gentlemen's club which operated between 1857 and 1978. It was founded by two leading diplomats and its members continued to be largely diplomats and authors. It was first established in Charles Street and moved to 106 Piccadilly by 1868. In the final quarter of the twentieth century many gentlemen’s clubs of London suffered from declining membership, and in 1978 the St James's Club merged with Brooks's Club and vacated its premises.

The Bachelors' Club was a London gentlemen's club in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century, now defunct. As the name suggests, membership was only open to bachelors. The club had a reputation for having a markedly younger membership than many other Edwardian clubs, and given the high-spirited antics which sometimes ensued on the premises, it was cited (along with Buck's and the Bath Club) as an influence on the fictional Drones Club, in some of P.G. Wodehouse's earlier stories. A persistent rumour circulated throughout its existence, and reached wider circulation in the 1920s, that some of its membership were gay - then both illegal and publicly frowned upon – and it soon became superseded by Buck's as the young man's club in London, being forced to close shortly thereafter. The club was first situated at 11 Hamilton Place, then at 8 South Audley Street, and finally it amalgamated with the St. James's Club in 1946 at 106 Piccadilly. Famous members included John Buchan, Field Marshal Sir Herbert Kitchener, and Capt. Berkeley Levett, a witness in the Royal Baccarat Scandal.

The Isthmian Club, founded in 1882, later had premises at 105, Piccadilly, London, in a grand five-bay house that had belonged to Sir Julian Goldsmid, Bt. The non-political club was open to "Gentlemen who have been educated at one of the universities or public schools, and for officers of the army and navy," who were voted in by ballot of the steering committee. Its members were active in rowing, cricket and other sports.The Isthmian League, still existing as a prominent regional football league covering London and South East England featuring semi-professional and amateur clubs, was founded in 1905 by amateur clubs in the London area. The club's Account Book, 1889–97, is conserved by the Westminster City Council (Acc. no. 776).

Gloucester House is a building at 137 Piccadilly, London, on the corner of Old Park Lane. The first house was built early in the reign of George III (reigned 1760–1820), and was where Thomas Bruce, 7th Earl of Elgin briefly exhibited the Parthenon Marbles before selling them to the Crown, who now hold them in the British Museum. It was occupied by Prince William Frederick, Duke of Gloucester and Edinburgh from 1816 until his death in 1834, after which it was occupied by Prince George, Duke of Cambridge. The house was demolished in 1904 following the Duke of Cambridge's death. It was rebuilt as apartments. The first Hard Rock Cafe opened here in 1971.
