Belvoir Park Forest

Belfast South (Irish: Béal Feirste Theas, Ulster Scots: Bilfawst Sooth) is a constituency in the Northern Ireland Assembly. The seat was first used for a Northern Ireland-only election for the Northern Ireland Assembly, 1973. It usually shares boundaries with the Belfast South UK Parliament constituency, however the boundaries of the two constituencies were slightly different from 1983 to 1986 and 2010–2011 as the Assembly boundaries had not caught up with Parliamentary boundary changes and from 1996 to 1997 when members of the Northern Ireland Forum had been elected from the newly drawn Parliamentary constituencies but the 51st Parliament of the United Kingdom, elected in 1992 under the 1983–95 constituency boundaries, was still in session. Members were then elected from the constituency to the 1975 Constitutional Convention, the 1982 Assembly, the 1996 Forum and then to the current Assembly from 1998. The constituency is formed from the Belfast City Council districts of Balmoral and Botanic as well as one ward from Titanic and a number of wards from Lisnasharragh and Lisburn and Castlereagh. Police Service of Northern Ireland GAA, also known as PSNI GAA, is a Gaelic Games club based in Northern Ireland. The club was set up in 2002 for members of the Police Service of Northern Ireland, with the intent to allow serving police officers to play Gaelic games following the abolition of Rule 21, which had prohibited them from doing so. They are based at Newforge Lane in Belfast alongside other teams affiliated with the RUC Athletic Association. They are affiliated with Antrim GAA and play in their Inter-Firms League. On 18 October 2019 they capped off their most successful year with a win of the Tom Langan trophy for the first time in their history.

Belvoir Park Hospital (Irish: Ospidéal Pháirc Belvoir) was a cancer treatment specialist hospital situated in Newtownbreda, South Belfast, Northern Ireland. Belvoir Park held Northern Ireland's only radiotherapy unit, until the opening of a new cancer treatment centre in Belfast City Hospital.

Governor's Bridge is a road bridge in Stranmillis, south Belfast. It was inaugurated on 23 September 1974. It was named after Ralph Grey, Baron Grey of Naunton, the final Governor of Northern Ireland, who left office in June 1973.The bridge forms part of a one-way system along with the neighbouring King's Bridge. Together they connect the Stranmillis and Annadale Embankments, with Governor's Bridge carrying traffic from the latter to the former.A pedestrian and cycle underpass, which opened in 2001, carries National Cycle Route 9 under the bridge on the west side. The underpass is below the waterline and a pump prevents its flooding.

Newtownbreda (Irish: Baile Nua na Bréadaí) is a residential suburban village of south Belfast, clustered around a small and now largely invisible 18th century village. The A55 Belfast Outer Ring road and A24 road pass through the area.

Annadale Grammar School for Boys was an all-boys school located on the Annadale Embankment skirting the River Lagan in south Belfast, Northern Ireland. In 1990, Annadale Grammar School (all boys) amalgamated with Carolan Grammar School (all girls) and became known as Wellington College Belfast.
