Newforge is a country club in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It was founded in 1956 for members of the Royal Ulster Constabulary but has developed into an open club with multiple sports facilities.

Belfast South (Irish: Béal Feirste Theas, Ulster Scots: Bilfawst Sooth) is a constituency in the Northern Ireland Assembly. The seat was first used for a Northern Ireland-only election for the Northern Ireland Assembly, 1973. It usually shares boundaries with the Belfast South UK Parliament constituency, however the boundaries of the two constituencies were slightly different from 1983 to 1986 and 2010–2011 as the Assembly boundaries had not caught up with Parliamentary boundary changes and from 1996 to 1997 when members of the Northern Ireland Forum had been elected from the newly drawn Parliamentary constituencies but the 51st Parliament of the United Kingdom, elected in 1992 under the 1983–95 constituency boundaries, was still in session. Members were then elected from the constituency to the 1975 Constitutional Convention, the 1982 Assembly, the 1996 Forum and then to the current Assembly from 1998. The constituency is formed from the Belfast City Council districts of Balmoral and Botanic as well as one ward from Titanic and a number of wards from Lisnasharragh and Lisburn and Castlereagh. Shaw's Bridge is the name given to two adjacent bridges across the River Lagan in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The older of the bridges is a historic stone arched bridge, which is open to cyclists and pedestrians. The new bridge is a concrete bridge which carries the A55 road.

Belvoir Park Forest is a large forest in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Owned and managed by Forest Service, it was opened in 1961 and covers 75 hectares along the bank of the River Lagan.Archaeological sites within the forest include the remains of a 12th century Norman motte. Wildlife recorded within the park boundaries includes Large Bracket Fungi, Toothwort (lathraea squamaria; L.), Giant Hog-weed (heracleum mantegazzianum; Somm. & Levier), long-eared owls, kingfishers, and long-tailed tits. Badgers and red foxes are also recorded.

Osborne Park is a cricket ground in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Sport Northern Ireland (Irish: Spórt Thuaisceart Éireann), officially known as the Sports Council for Northern Ireland, is the regional government sports council (funding body) for Northern Ireland. Its head office is based, near Barnett Demesne, at the "House of Sport" on Upper Malone Road in Belfast. It receives some funding from the taxpayer (receiving £11m from the Exchequer in 2022/2023), with funding also coming from the National Lottery (£8m in 2016/2017).

Victoria College, Belfast is a voluntary non-denominational Independent grammar school in Cranmore Park, Belfast, Northern Ireland. In 2022, the college's stated enrolment was 870.Victoria College was awarded specialist school status in science in September 2009. The college also specialises in other STEM-related areas (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths.)

Stranmillis University College is a university college of Queen's University Belfast. The institution is located on the Stranmillis Road in Belfast. It had 1,210 students in 2019/20. The school offers the BEd, PGCE and TESOL, as well as other courses.

The Malone Road (from Irish Maigh Lón 'plain of lambs') is a radial road in Belfast, Northern Ireland, leading from the university quarter southwards to the affluent suburbs of Malone and Upper Malone, each a separate electoral ward. The road runs parallel to the Lisburn Road and is linked by over a dozen side streets, while at its northern end, the Stranmillis Road rejoins the Malone Road to form University Road, which in turn joins with the Lisburn Road to become Bradbury Place. Most of the road is in the BT9 postcode district. At the southern end of the Malone Road lies Malone House, a mansion in the late Georgian style. The house is now maintained by Belfast City Council.The residential streets leading off the Malone Road and Upper Malone Road are known for their high property prices, and the area is therefore a byword in Northern Ireland for affluence.

Belvoir Park Hospital (Irish: Ospidéal Pháirc Belvoir) was a cancer treatment specialist hospital situated in Newtownbreda, South Belfast, Northern Ireland. Belvoir Park held Northern Ireland's only radiotherapy unit, until the opening of a new cancer treatment centre in Belfast City Hospital.

Malone Park is a private avenue in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It forms a conservation area.The majority of the houses are Victorian and have large grounds surrounding them. There is a gate lodge at each end of the avenue. The Lisburn Road end is inaccessible to vehicular traffic as is the Balmoral Avenue gate. Traffic can only enter from the Malone Road entrance. The avenue is lined by lime trees with grass verges outside every house. Malone Park has been called Belfast's most exclusive street. At the height of the property bubble in 2007, a Ballymena businessman agreed on £3.5 million for a six-bedroom Victorian property on Malone Park, making it the most expensive residence on the local market at the time.

The Giant's Ring is a henge monument at Ballynahatty, near Shaw's Bridge, Belfast, Northern Ireland. It was originally preserved by Viscount Dungannon. The inscribed stone tablet on the wall surrounding the site which details Viscount Dungannon's interest was carved by Belfast stonecarver Charles A Thompson about c.1919.The site is a State Care Historic Monument and has ASAI (Area of Significant Archaeological Interest) status.The site consists of a circular enclosure, 180 m (590 ft) in diameter and 2.8 hectares (6.9 acres) in area, surrounded by a circular earthwork bank 3.5 m (11 ft) high. At least three of the five irregularly spaced gaps in the bank are intentional and possibly original. East of the centre of the enclosure is a small passage tomb with a vestigial passage facing west. There were reports of other tombs outside the enclosure, but there is no trace of these.
