Arfordir Abereiddi

Abereiddy (Welsh: Abereddi) is a hamlet in the county of Pembrokeshire, in west Wales. It has a small beach which was awarded the Blue flag rural beach award in 2005. A large car park adjoins the beach, where in the summer an ice cream van can usually be found. The beach also has public toilets which are open from Easter to October half-term. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path gives fine walking in both directions. The Common which runs inland behind the beach lies within the Manor of Llanrhian. It is home to the now famous Blue Lagoon, where the "Red Bull Diving" championships have been held. The Blue Lagoon was created when the wall of an old slate mine was blasted to let the sea in. It is also popular for "coasteering" where people dive into the sea, swim and clamber along the cliffs. Following the coast path north leads to Porthgain. Abereiddy to Porthgain is roughly a forty-minute walk. The coastal path taken in the other direction to the south east goes around St Davids Head and on to Whitesands Bay.

Portheiddy Moor is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (or SSSI) a little to the east of Abereiddy in Pembrokeshire, South Wales. It has been designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest since July 1987 in an attempt to protect its fragile biological elements: a "diverse example of grazed fen-meadow with springs, swamp and tall fen amongst extensive flushed communities". The site has an area of 9.5 hectares (23 acres) and is managed by Natural Resources Wales.

Porthgain (Welsh for 'fair/beautiful port' or more likely 'chisel port' from the Welsh 'porth' meaning port and 'gaing' meaning chisel as used by the many slate workers there after the port was built and became operational in the early 19th century') is a hamlet in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in South Wales, located between St David's and Goodwick just west of the village of Llanrhian, and in the parish of the same name.

The Porthgain Railway was a 3 ft (914 mm) narrow gauge industrial railway connecting the Pen Clegyr and St. Bride's quarries with Porthgain harbour. It operated from the late 1880s until 1931. The line of the track can still be traced as a levelled strip on the clifftop, adjacent to the path to Porthgain harbour.

Llanrhian is a small village, community and parish in Pembrokeshire in west Wales, near the coast, south of Porthgain village. The community of Llanrhian includes the settlements of Llanhowell (Welsh: Llanhywel), Croesgoch, Portheiddy, Porthgain and Trefin. The village church is St Rhian’s and is of medieval origin. The village is in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Caerfarchell (Welsh pronunciation: [kaɪrvɑːrxɛɬ]) is a small village in Pembrokeshire, Wales, 3 miles northeast of St Davids, close by the A487 road. It is in the community of St Davids and the Cathedral Close.

Croes-goch (also spelled Croesgoch) is a village in North Pembrokeshire, West Wales. It is situated on the A487 between Fishguard and St David's. It lies some five miles northeast of St Davids on the junction of the A487 St Davids to Fishguard road with the B4330 Llanrhian to Haverfordwest. The village, which has a population of about 400, lies within Llanrhian Community Council and lies two miles south of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Royal Air Force St Davids, or more simply RAF St Davids, is a former Royal Air Force station, near the city of St Davids, Pembrokeshire, Wales, in the community of Solva. It opened in the late summer of 1943, for RAF Coastal Command. The station was put into a care and maintenance status in November 1945. However, the Royal Navy took over control from 1950 until 1961. The airfield was then used as a Relief Landing Ground, for No. 1 Tactical Weapons Unit's advanced jet trainers, while they operated from RAF Brawdy, between 1974 and 1992.

Solva Woollen Mill is a woollen mill in the village of Middle Mill, about one mile from Solva, Pembrokeshire, Wales, that has been in operation since 1907.

Dowrog Common (Welsh: Comin Dowrog) is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (or SSSI) in Pembrokeshire, South Wales. It has been designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest since January 1954 in an attempt to protect its fragile biological elements. The site has an area of 0.18 hectares (0.44 acres) and is managed by The Wildlife Trust of South & West Wales.

The Bug Farm or Dr Beynon's Bug Farm is a multipurpose farm and research centre near St Davids, in Pembrokeshire, Wales, run by Dr Sarah Beynon, an entomologist and farmer on her former family farm. The farm aims to look into nature recovery and sustainable farming practices, and in particular the use of bugs within agriculture including as a form of sustenance. The farm also has publicly accessible venues such as a museum, art gallery, garden, bug zoo, and the Grub Kitchen with chef Andy Holcroft which serves insect based dishes. These include recreations of popular dishes such as burgers as well as insects which remain in an identifiable state. Both Beynon and Holcroft featured in the 2017 BBC documentary "The Bug Grub Couple". Insects for consumption are sourced from Canada and the Netherlands which have legal guidelines for insect farming practices which the United Kingdom lacks. During 2025–26 the farm is running a National Lottery Heritage Fund Nature Networks Fund project to connect up wildlife habitats across the St Davids peninsula and reduce the impact of dog spot-ons and livestock wormers on local Pembrokeshire soils and waters.
