Suan Lum Night Bazaar was a market in Bangkok's Pathum Wan district, at the intersection of Rama IV and Wireless/Sathorn Roads, opposite Lumphini Park at the MRT's Lumphini Station. Located on land owned by the Crown Property Bureau. It opened in 2001, and had closed by early 2011. The Night Bazaar was open from 9 pm, with some shops open later. It had vendors selling gifts, clothing, jewellery, fruit, compact discs, handmade products like tapestries and fine arts, such as paintings and sculptures. There was a large beer garden, with an array of food available, and live entertainment. On the other side of the market there was a quieter area with many restaurants offering both inside and outside garden seating. Bangkok Hall, a 6,000-capacity entertainment and special events hall, was located in the Night Bazaar. Until March 2007, it was called BEC-TERO Hall, and was primarily used by the media company to stage concerts. Also in the Night Bazaar was the Joe Louis Puppet Theatre, a traditional Thai puppet troupe that give performances of the Ramakien, Thailand's national epic.

One Bangkok is a US$3.9 billion mixed-use development under construction in Bangkok, Thailand. One Bangkok is being developed by Frasers Property, a subsidiary of TCC Group, one of Thailand's largest conglomerates. It is expected to open in stages between 2023 and 2026.The One Bangkok site occupies an area of 16.7 hectares (41 acres) overlooking Lumpinee Park at the corner of Rama IV Road and Witthayu Road in Pathum Wan district. The site was previously occupied by a night market and the old Lumpini Boxing Stadium. The development comprises five office towers, three hotels/service apartment towers, interconnected retail podiums, art and cultural venues, with 8 hectares of plazas and landscaped green spaces. The project incorporated many sustainability design features such as a centralised energy and water management system, and the use of recycled waste building materials in construction. It is the first project in Thailand to target a LEED Platinum for neighbourhood development. The development will be directly linked to the Lumphini underground MRT station via underground basement and tunnels.

The Sukhothai Bangkok (Thai: โรงแรม สุโขทัย กรุงเทพ) is a hotel in Bangkok, located in the city's Sathorn neighbourhood. The hotel opened in 1991, and is managed by Sukhothai Hotels and Resorts.

Lumphini Park (Thai: สวนลุมพินี, RTGS: Suan Lumphini, pronounced [sǔan lūm.pʰī.nīː]), also Lumpini or Lumpinee, is a 360 rai (57.6-hectare (142-acre)) park in Bangkok, Thailand. The park offers rare open public space, trees, and playgrounds in the Thai capital and contains an artificial lake where visitors can rent boats. Paths around the park totalling approximately 2.5 km in length are a popular area for morning and evening joggers. Officially, cycling is only permitted during the day between the times of 10:00 to 15:00. There is a smoking ban throughout the park. Dogs are not allowed, except certified guide dogs only. Lumphini Park is regarded as the first public park in Bangkok and Thailand.

Witthayu Road (Thai: ถนนวิทยุ, RTGS: Thanon Witthayu, pronounced [tʰā.nǒn wít.tʰā.júʔ]), commonly known in English as Wireless Road, is a road in Bangkok, located almost entirely in Lumphini Subdistrict of Pathum Wan District. Witthayu Road originally linked Phloen Chit Road to Rama IV Road, running from what is now Phloen Chit Intersection to Witthayu Intersection, where it continues on as Sathon Road. It was extended from the Phloen Chit end to cross the Saen Saep Canal and meet Phetchaburi Road in 1972, reaching a total distance of 2.6 kilometres (1.6 mi). Tree-lined and in parts divided into three carriageways, Witthayu Road is one of the greener streets passing through the city centre, as it runs along the length of Lumphini Park, the leafy campuses of the American, Dutch and British Embassies, as well as Nai Lert Park, originally the home of the eponymous Chinese businessman who developed the area in the 1920s. Several other countries also have embassies on the road or within the office towers of All Seasons Place. The road received its name (which literally means "radio") from the fact that it passed by Saladaeng Station, one of Thailand's earliest radio transmitter stations. The area of the station, on the corner of Witthayu and Rama IV Roads, later became the site of the Armed Forces Academies Preparatory School (1961–2000), then the Suan Lum Night Bazaar (2001–2010). The area, which is served by Lumphini Station of the MRT's Blue Line, is now set to be developed as TCC Group's mixed-use megaproject One Bangkok.

Khlong Toei MRT station (Thai: สถานีคลองเตย, pronounced [sā.tʰǎː.nīː kʰlɔ̄ːŋ tɤ̄ːj]; code BL24) is a Bangkok MRT station on the Blue Line. Located under Rama IV Road, near Metropolitan Electricity Authority Headquarters and Chaloem Maha Nakhon Expressway in Khlong Toei District, Bangkok. Construction of the MRT began at this station nine months after the foundation stone was laid by King Maha Vajiralongkorn (while he was the crown prince) on November 19, 1996 at Hua Lamphong station. Before opened, station is named Bon Kai (Thai: บ่อนไก่) due to it located near Bon Kai neighborhood, but changed name to Khlong Toei on October 9, 2002. Although its name is Khlong Toei, Khlong Toei Market is nearer to Queen Sirikit National Convention Center station.

Indonesia Mosque, or Masjid Indonesia (Thai: มัสยิดอินโดนีเซีย), is a mosque in Bangkok, Thailand. Located on Soi Polo, in Lumphini subdistrict, Pathum Wan district, the mosque is adjacent to the Green Mile that connects Lumphini and Benjakkiti parks.

Plai Nern Palace (Thai: ตำหนักปลายเนิน, RTGS: Tamnak Plai Noen) or Klong Toei Palace (Thai: วังคลองเตย, RTGS: Wang Khlong Toei) is a former residence of Prince Narisara Nuwattiwong, who was the son of King Mongkut in Khlong Toei District, Bangkok. The palace was built in 1914. The palace allows outsiders to visit as a museum on 29 April every year due to special occasion, Prince Narisara Nuwattiwong birthday.

Dusit Central Park is a mixed-use skyscraper development currently under construction in the Bang Rak district of Bangkok, Thailand. It occupies a 23-rai (3.7 ha; 9.1-acre) site on the corner of Sala Daeng Intersection at the beginning of Si Lom Road in Bangkok's financial district, replacing the old Dusit Thani Hotel which stood there from 1970 to 2019. Conceived as a joint-venture between hotel-owner Dusit International and property developer Central Pattana, its location overlooking the vast expanse of Lumphini Park makes it a prime real estate property, with a project value of 46 billion baht (US$1.5bn in 2019).The project is scheduled for completion in 2025, and comprises three skyscrapers: a new hotel, a residential tower and an office tower, connected by an eight-storey retail podium featuring a rooftop park. It is among several high-profile development projects emerging around the central green space of Lumphini Park, along with One Bangkok and Sindhorn Village.

The Dusit Thani Bangkok, often referred to simply as the Dusit Thani Hotel (Thai: โรงแรมดุสิตธานี), was a luxury hotel in the Thai capital's Bang Rak District. The original hotel was the country's tallest building when it opened in 1970 as the first property of Dusit International. Work on demolishing the building started in 2019 and ended in 2020. A new hotel with the same name is scheduled to open on the site in 2023 as part of the Dusit Central Park complex.
