The Canton of Elne is a former French canton of Pyrénées-Orientales department, in Languedoc-Roussillon. It had 22,823 inhabitants (2012). It was disbanded in 2015.

Elne (French pronunciation: [ɛln] ; Catalan: Elna [ˈɛlnə]) is a commune in the Pyrénées-Orientales department in southern France.It lies in the former province of Roussillon, of which it was the first capital, being later replaced by Perpignan. Its inhabitants are still called Illibériens in reference to the city's Iberian name, Illiberis, one that it shared with the Illiberis that became Granada, Spain.

Elne Cathedral (French: Cathédrale Sainte-Eulalie-et-Sainte-Julie d'Elne, Catalan: Catedral de Santa Eulàlia d'Elna) is a Roman Catholic church and former cathedral located in the town of Elne in the County of Roussillon, France. It was the seat of the former Bishopric of Elne, which was transferred to the Bishopric and cathedral of Perpignan in 1601. The cathedral was consecrated in 1069. In 1285, during the Aragonese Crusade, French troops sacked the town and massacred the townspeople who had taken refuge in the cathedral.

The Stade Georges Vialls is a rugby stadium in Palau-del-Vidre in France. Palau XIII Broncos the local rugby league team who play in the Elite One Championship have, since their founding in 1920 always used the ground. The ground is named after a former player who was born in the area and played for the first team. The ground is situated next to the Tech river and has one main stand. Some British clubs when they are in France to play Catalans Dragons they use the ground prior to the match to train on. The ground hosted two youth internationals in 2009 and in 2011.

The Canton of La Côte Radieuse is a French former canton of Pyrénées-Orientales department, in Languedoc-Roussillon. It was created 25 January 1982 by the decree 82–84. It had 20,738 inhabitants (2012). It was disbanded following the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015.
