The Military Trophy Park (Azerbaijani: Hərbi Qənimətlər Parkı), also referred to as War Trophies Park is a public park in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, containing war trophies seized by the Armed forces of Azerbaijan from the Armenian Army and the Artsakh Defence Army during the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war.The park was condemned in Armenia due to its display of helmets of dead Armenian soldiers and wax mannequins of Armenian troops. Yerevan accused Baku of publicly humiliating the memory of those killed in the war, with Armenia's ombudsman calling it a "clear manifestation of fascism". Many international journalists called the park "barbaric". Several international observers also criticized the park. The Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Dunja Mijatović, expressed concerns over the inauguration of the park and its display of "dehumanising scenes". Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on the other hand, stated that "this practice exists in military museums in many countries of the world" and that "Azerbaijan has every right to perpetuate its victory through parades, parks, etc". The wax figures and the helmets were removed from main display in October 2021, though a couple of helmets were left in the trenches. The employees of the park were cited saying that the models and helmets had been sent for repairs, but that it was not clear when they would be returned. Armenia's representative at ICJ Yeghishe Kirakosyan emphasized this was done in the period after Armenia filed the lawsuit at the ICJ, adding that Armenia was still demanding the full closure of the park.

Trump International Hotel & Tower Baku is an unfinished 33-floor hotel and condominium tower located in the Nasimi District in Baku, Azerbaijan. Construction began in 2008, when the project was initially planned as an apartment building. The project is owned by Baku XXI Century, a company affiliated with several members of the Mammadov family, which has been described as having a reputation for corruption.Businessman Donald Trump became involved with the unfinished project in May 2012, through his company, The Trump Organization. Trump announced his involvement with the project in November 2014, with plans to have the building opened as a hotel and condominium property in June 2015. Construction was delayed in 2015, and the project remained unfinished. After Trump announced his candidacy for U.S. president in the 2016 election, several news organizations reported on his involvement with the project, which raised questions about possible corruption involving the Mammadov family.

Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts is higher art school that is located in the city of Baku in Republic of Azerbaijan. It was founded in 2000 by a presidential decree. The academy aims the only higher education institution in the country that carrying out educational programs of specialized secondary school, high school and other levels of education in accordance with the requirements of higher art education. The academy is officially accredited by the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan. ASAFA offers courses and programs in higher education degrees such as bachelor's degrees in several areas of study. Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts prepares specialists in design, painting, theatrical and decorative arts, graphics, carpet artists, and sculpture. The academy has 102 professors and instructors, including 2 doctors of science, 13 professors, 7 candidates of science and 13 associate professors. Currently, there are more than 800 students studying at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts. The building of academy covers is 6,500 square meters and has 128 classrooms, different subject specific rooms, laboratories and workshops.

The Heydar Aliyev Center is a 57,500 m2 (619,000 sq ft) building complex in Baku, Azerbaijan designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid and noted for its distinctive architecture and flowing, curved style that eschews sharp angles. The center is named after Heydar Aliyev, the first secretary of Soviet Azerbaijan from 1969 to 1982, and president of Azerbaijan Republic from October 1993 to October 2003.

Baku Convention Center is a multifunction complex located close to the City centre of Baku. It is the largest congress center in the Caucasus. With a number of flexible conference rooms, as well as a large hall with a maximum capacity of up to 3,500 seats, the Congress Center offers opportunities for holding congresses, conferences, seminars, business meetings, concerts and other activities. The congress center has 17 conference halls with a total capacity of up to 2,500 people. Besides conference halls and an auditorium, there are rooms for meetings and workshops.

Bahar is an offshore petroleum reservoir in the Caspian Sea, located 40 km (25 mi) southeast of Baku, Azerbaijan. The field was discovered in 1968 and was first developed in 1969. Prior to 2010, it produced approximately 16.8 million tonnes of oil and 128.7 billion cubic meters of gas. There had been up to 93 wells operating in the field during the peak of production; the number has since decreased to 16.

The Crescent Development Project or The Crescent Bay (formerly known as Caspian Plus) is skyscraper complex which is under construction on the Caspian Sea coast in Baku, Azerbaijan. The complex comprises an offshore hotel (Crescent Hotel), office tower (Crescent City), residential tower, and a retail and entertainment centre (Crescent Place). The project is intended to be an architectural landmark.
