Elliott Tower is a carillon tower on the campus of Oakland University in Auburn Hills, Michigan, completed in 2014.

Oakland University (Oakland) is a public research university in Auburn Hills and Rochester Hills, Michigan. Founded in 1957 through a donation of Matilda Dodge Wilson, it was initially known as Michigan State University-Oakland, operating under the Michigan State University Board of Trustees. The university gained institutional independence from the board in 1970 and was renamed Oakland University. Oakland University is one of the eight research universities in the State of Michigan and is classified among "R2: Doctoral Universities – High research activity." The university offers 132 bachelor's degree programs and 138 professional graduate certificate, master's degree, and doctoral degree programs, including those offered by the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. It had a total enrollment of more than 20,000 students in 2016. The university's site in Auburn Hills and Rochester Hills comprises the Main Campus, Meadow Brook Estate, and two nationally ranked golf courses spread across 1,443 acres (5.84 km2). Meadow Brook Hall, a U.S. National Historic Landmark and the fourth-largest historic house museum in the United States, is located on the site. Previously known as the Pioneers, Oakland's athletic teams were renamed the Grizzlies in 1998. They compete in the NCAA Division I Horizon League.

Athletics Center O'rena is a 4,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Auburn Hills, Michigan. It is home to the Oakland University Golden Grizzlies men's basketball, women's basketball and volleyball teams. The court has a distinctive "blacktop" color first used in the 2015–16 season.

Oakland University Baseball Field is a baseball venue in Rochester, Michigan, United States. It is home to the Oakland Golden Grizzlies baseball team of the NCAA Division I Horizon League. The field has a capacity of 500 spectators. It features a natural grass surface, dugouts, batting cages, and an elevated right field fence.

The Meadow Brook Amphitheatre (originally the Meadow Brook Music Festival) is an outdoor pavilion music venue, located at 3554 Walton Boulevard in Rochester Hills, Michigan on the campus of Oakland University.The venue seats 7,701 patrons with 2,819 pavilion seats and 4,882 in the lawn.

Meadow Brook Hall is a Tudor revival style mansion located at 350 Estate Drive in Rochester Hills, Michigan. It was built between 1926 and 1929 by the heiress to the Dodge automaker fortune, Matilda Dodge Wilson and her second husband, lumber baron, Alfred Wilson. Covering 88,000 square feet (8,200 m2) with 110 rooms, the structure is the fourth largest historic mansion museum in the United States, and is classified as one of America's Castles. In 1957, the mansion and the surrounding property and buildings were donated to the state of Michigan in order to fund Michigan State University–Oakland, now known as Oakland University. The structure was named a National Historic Landmark in 2012.

Pontiac Township is a defunct charter township in Oakland County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The area consisted of what is now the cities of Pontiac, Auburn Hills, and Lake Angelus. Pontiac Township was bordered on the north by Brown Road and Dutton Road, on the east by South Adams Road (including a line extending north from South Adams Road), on the south by South Boulevard, and on the west by Telegraph Road.

The John Dodge House is a farmhouse on the campus of Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan. It was built in the late 19th century and later purchased by automobile pioneer John Francis Dodge and his wife Matilda Dodge Wilson as a weekend retreat home. It currently functions as an administrative and faculty office building for the university.

The Chrysler World Headquarters and Technology Center (CTC) is the North American headquarters and main research and development facility for the automobile manufacturer Stellantis, formerly known as Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA). The 504-acre complex is located next to Interstate 75 in Auburn Hills, Michigan, a northern suburb of Detroit. Completed in 1996, the complex has 5,400,000 square feet (500,000 m2) of usable space, placing it among the largest buildings in the world by floor space.
