The Estádio da Luz (Portuguese pronunciation: [(ɨ)ˈʃtaðju ðɐ ˈluʃ]), officially named Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica, is a multi-purpose stadium located in Lisbon, Portugal. It is used mostly for association football matches, hosting the home games of Portuguese club S.L. Benfica, its owner. Opened on 25 October 2003 with an exhibition match between Benfica and Uruguayan club Nacional, it replaced the original Estádio da Luz, which had 120,000 seats. The seating capacity was decreased to 65,647 and is currently set at 64,642. The stadium was designed by HOK Sport Venue Event and had a construction cost of €162 million.A UEFA category four stadium and one of the biggest stadiums by capacity in Europe (the biggest in Portugal), Estádio da Luz hosted several matches of the UEFA Euro 2004, including its final, as well as the 2014 and 2020 finals of the UEFA Champions League. It was elected the most beautiful stadium of Europe in a 2014 online poll by L'Équipe. By its fifteenth birthday, Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica Luz had welcomed more than 17 million spectators.

The Pavilhão da Luz Nº 2 is the second arena of Portuguese multi-sport club S.L. Benfica. It has a full capacity of 1,800 seats and is mainly used by the handball and volleyball departments of the club. Its construction ran at the same time as the adjacent arena, Pavilhão Fidelidade, but it was finished just a couple weeks later. Because the old Pavilhão da Luz was at full capacity with five sports, Benfica planned the new Estádio da Luz with two indoor arenas; the smaller one only hosting two departments. Its differences from the main arena are its roof and its two side stands, who sit fewer people.

The Pavilhão da Luz Nº 1, currently known as Pavilhão Fidelidade for sponsorship reasons, is the main arena of Portuguese multi-sport club S.L. Benfica. It has a full capacity of 2,400 seats and is mainly used by the basketball, futsal and roller hockey departments of the club. Built at the same time as the new Estádio da Luz, it was designed from the start to replace the 37-year old Pavilhão da Luz, which was torn down in March 2003. Opened on 28 February 2004, during the celebrations of the club centenary, its first game opposed the basketball section against Ovarense. Its features include an NBA-style scoreboard, and other standard amenities like safety nets behind the goals, press boxes, five locker rooms, bars, medical offices and accommodation to handicapped fans.

The stadium was opened on 1 December 1954 and it was able to hold an official maximum of 120,000 people, making it the largest stadium in Europe and the third largest in the world in terms of capacity. Some of the biggest attendances include a game against FC Porto with 135,000 people, the 1989–90 European Cup semi-final against Olympique de Marseille and the 1991 FIFA World Youth Championship final between Portugal and Brazil with 127,000 people in each game. It also hosted the 1992 European Cup Winners' Cup Final, the second leg of the 1983 UEFA Cup Final, and the 1962 Intercontinental Cup. Its demolition started in 2002 so the new Estádio da Luz could be built near the same area.

The Eusébio Cup is a pre-season friendly football match hosted by Portuguese club S.L. Benfica. It has been played mostly at their home stadium, Estádio da Luz, with the two exceptions being the 2015 and 2018 editions (played at the Estadio BBVA and at the Estádio Algarve, respectively). The two-team competition was inaugurated in 2008 and is named after Portuguese international and former Benfica player Eusébio, who presented the trophy to the winning team until 2013, before his death in January 2014. There were plans to extend the number of participants to four, a move that Eusébio himself was in favor of, but no changes were ever made in that regard. The cup's first edition was won by Inter Milan. The other winners were Benfica (2009, 2011, 2012), Tottenham (2010), São Paulo (2013), Ajax (2014), Monterrey (2015), Torino (2016) – in a match that also served to honor the memory of the Grande Torino team who died in the Superga air disaster – and Lyon (2018). No invited team, also including AC Milan, Arsenal and Real Madrid, has participated in more than one edition. The invitational match has been played in late July and early August, and it was played annually and without interruption until 2016. Despite two tries, there was no edition in 2017. A year later, the Eusébio Cup returned as part of the 2018 International Champions Cup, and has not been played since. In 2021, Benfica stated that the competition "will be held whenever possible, with opponents of international renown".

The Colombo Centre (Centro Colombo in Portuguese) is a shopping mall located in the parish of Carnide in Lisbon and attracts many visitors. It is situated next to the Lusíada avenue and the Segunda Circular; there is a bus terminal next to the building and the Lisbon Metro station Colégio Militar/Luz allows visitors easy access to Colombo.

The Pupilos do Exército (Portuguese for "pupils of the Army") is military vocational education school of Portugal. Presently, its complete official name is Instituto dos Pupilos do Exército (IPE, Institute of the Pupils of the Army). Pupilos do Exército offers Basic (2nd and 3rd cycles) and Secondary Education programmes, in the boarding school (only for young males) and in the day school (for both sexes) systems. Despite operating under the supervision of the Portuguese Army, its Education programmes are considered official for all purposes, by the Portuguese Ministry of Education. Until 2009, Pupilos do Exército used to have also a higher education section that offered bachelor degree programmes in Mechanical, Electronics and Electrical Engineering and in Accounting, but now this section is extinct.

Externato Marista de Lisboa is a school opened by the Marist Brothers in Lisbon, Portugal, in 1947. It is coeducational and runs from preschool through secondary.

Alto dos Moinhos station is part of the Blue Line of the Lisbon Metro and is located close to Estádio da Luz, home of SL Benfica. It is 8km from the Lisbon neighbourhood of the same name.

The Museu da Música ("Museum of Music") is a museum in Lisbon, Portugal. The museum primarily features musical instruments; among its holdings is a 1725 Stradivarius cello once owned and played by King Luís I of Portugal (ruled 1861–1889.

The Palace of Beau-Séjour (Portuguese: Palácio do Beau-Séjour) is a 19th-century Portuguese manor house situated in the civil parish of São Domingos de Benfica, municipality of Lisbon.
