Hornsey Central Hospital

Hornsey War Memorial is located in Park Road, Hornsey, in London, in front of the Hornsey Central Hospital, formerly the Hornsey Memorial Hospital. The memorial commemorates the men of the borough who died in the First World War and is in the form of a small red-brick chapel with Portland stone dressings. It was designed by George Lethbridge and dedicated in 1921. The names of the dead are inscribed on plaques inside the chapel. The chapel was renovated in 2007–09 when the old hospital was demolished and a new one built in its place. It is grade II listed with Historic England.Adjacent to the chapel is a small grassed area with stone benches and a modern V-shaped memorial wall into which the original plaques relating to the erection of the memorial have been set.

Tivoli Road is a cricket ground in Hornsey, London (formerly Middlesex). First established in 1870, the first recorded match on the ground was in 1936, when the Middlesex Second XI played the Kent Second XI in the Minor Counties Championship. The ground has also held 14 Second XI Championship matches for the Middlesex Second XI between 1960 and 1981.The only first-class match held on the ground came in 1959 when Middlesex played Hampshire in the County Championship.The ground is today the home venue of Hornsey Cricket Club.

Highgate Wood School is a secondary school located in Crouch End in the North London borough of Haringey. It accommodates pupils aged 11–16, providing secondary education to 1,500 pupils. The school also has a sixth form (ages 16–18). The school has a uniform. Most pupils come from South Haringey School, Rokesly Primary School, Ashmount School, Campsbourne School, Weston Park Primary School and Coleridge Primary School.

Hornsey and Wood Green is a constituency created in 1983 represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament since May 2015 by Catherine West, of the Labour Party. To date it has drawn together for general elections parts of the London Borough of Haringey (created in 1965).

Priory Park is a 6.5-hectare public park in Hornsey, in the London Borough of Haringey. It is located between Priory Road and Middle Lane, approximately 0.5 km north of Crouch End Broadway. The park is protected as a Fields in Trust Queen Elizabeth II Field. It has won multiple Green Flag Awards since 2003, and has an active community group. The park contains a small wildlife pond hosting a sculpture called “the drop”, as well as a fountain made from Lamorna stone which was installed in 1909. This originally stood in St Paul's Cathedral churchyard.

Topsfield Hall was a Georgian house in Crouch End, London. The Hornsey Historical Society believes it to have been built in around 1785 by Samuel Ellis, and by 1894 it had been demolished.

Crouch End is an area of North London, approximately five miles (8 km) from the City of London in the western half of the borough of Haringey. It is within the Hornsey postal district (N8).

The Priory Road drill hall is a military installation at Hornsey in London.

The Crouch End Hippodrome, originally the Queen's Opera House, was a theatre that once stood in Tottenham Lane, Crouch End, London. The theatre opened in 1897 as the Queen's Opera House, a reconstruction of the former Crouch End Athenaeum. It later became the Crouch End Hippodrome and subsequently a cinema. It was damaged by bombing during the Second World War and subsequently demolished apart from the front, which still stands in Topsfield Parade.

Downstairs at the King's Head is a comedy club located in Crouch End, London, England, opened in 1981. Peter Grahame and Huw Thomas set up the venue to create an alternative comedy scene in north London. The club has a capacity of 100 people. Comedians to have appeared at the club include Rob Beckett, Nina Conti, Phil Wang and Ivo Graham.

Crouch End Hill is a street in north London, England, running between Crouch End and Hornsey Rise in the boroughs of Haringey and Islington. It is not to be confused with 'Crouch Hill" which runs between Crouch End and Stroud Green. The two roads meet at a "Y" junction in Crouch End and together the two routes constitute the southern access to Crouch End Broadway. The street proceeds up a steep hill to the top of the ridge which here divides Haringey from Islington. The old name for this ridge along which Hornsey Lane runs and which forms the northern boundary of the Parkland Walk between Crouch End Hill and Crouch Hill is the "Hog's Back". The street is part of London Buses route 41 and London Buses route 91

The New London Performing Arts Centre (NLPAC) is a performing arts school in Muswell Hill, North London, founded in 1995 by Emily Byron. With 20 years of experience, NLPAC is an ISTD Approved Dance Centre and is registered by Ofsted and the CDET. NLPAC is a registered charity and all profits go back into providing high quality and affordable classes consisting of Ballet, Tap, Modern contemporary, Street Dance and jazz, and Drama. Pupils range from 3 onwards to 19. The centre also runs Stage School which offers students a chance to learn all three disciplines of performing arts in one 2 hour session. Students will take 40 minutes of drama, dance and singing. As well as these the centre has private singing and musical lessons offering one-to-one training in a wide range of musical instruments. Students can choose to further go on and take an exam with NLPAC being an ABRSM and Trinity music examination centre. They also offer holiday workshops throughout school holidays. Classes on offer include: ISTD and RAD Ballet, ISTD Tap and Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, Street Dance, Hip Hop, Break Dance, Musical Theatre, LAMDA Exams, Drama classes, Private singing and music lessons following the ABRSM and Trinity Guildhall syllabus Students from the performing arts school have gone on to perform in every West End musical starring children actors, including Charlie and the Chocolate factory, Billy Elliot, Matilda and Les Misérables. In addition to this, they have starred in films such as Harry Potter and televised series such as Holby City and EastEnders.
