The Analytics, Computing, and Complex Systems (ACCeSs@AIM) Laboratory is a R&D laboratory in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is situated within the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). ACCeSs@AIM is AIM's first data science R&D consulting arm. It houses full-time research scientists and research engineers and hosts the fastest supercomputer in the Philippines, among the fastest in Southeast Asia. ACCeSs is envisaged to lead and advocate for the use of complex systems science, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and computational models to support innovation in industries, government agencies, and other sectors.

Washington SyCip Park is a privately owned public park near Greenbelt mall in Legaspi Village, Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. The park opened in 2006, and was named after Filipino accountant and banker Washington SyCip. In addition to many indigenous tropical trees and plants, the park contains gazebos and recreational spaces. The park is open daily from 06:00 to 22:00 PST (GMT+8). It is a no-smoking, no pet zone.

The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) is an international management school and research institution. It is one of the few business schools in Asia to be internationally accredited with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). It was established in partnership with Harvard Business School and uses the Harvard Business School case study teaching methodology. Prof Stephen H. Fuller of the Harvard Business School was its first president, to be succeeded by another professor from Harvard. It was described by Asiaweek magazine (a Time Inc. publication) as the best in the Asia-Pacific region in terms of executive education.

The Shang Grand Tower, also known as simply the Shang Tower, is a high-end residential condominium skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines. It was developed by Shang Properties, Inc. The 46-storey building was opened in 2006 and rises to 180 metres (630 feet) from the ground to its architectural top. It is currently the 10th-tallest complete building in Makati, and is the 19th-tallest building in the country and Metro Manila as well. The 250-unit condominium was the first self-funded residential condominium of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts’ Kuok Group in the country, and all units were sold-out as of 2006.

It is the third of three buildings constructed as part of The Residences at Greenbelt (TRAG) complex, and has a similar dimension to The Residences at Greenbelt - Laguna Tower. It is the second of three buildings being constructed as part of The Residences at Greenbelt (TRAG) complex, and is the highest of the three. It is the 11th-tallest building in the country and Metro Manila as well with a height of 204.5 metres from the ground to its architectural spire.The building has 57 floors above ground, which includes a 4-level podium with commercial establishments, and 3 basement levels for parking. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious residential building in the Philippines.

It is expected to be one of the tallest skyscraper in the Philippines with a height of 170.75 metres from the ground to its architectural top.The building has 48 floors above ground, which includes a 4-level podium with commercial establishments, and 3 basement levels for parking. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious residential building in the Philippines.

The Legazpi Active Park (sometimes spelled Legaspi) is a privately owned public space and pocket park in the Makati Central Business District in Makati, Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is located in Legazpi Village in the western side of the CBD, adjacent to Washington SyCip Park and near Greenbelt. The park, best known as the location of a weekend market known as the Legazpi Sunday Market, is maintained by the Makati Commercial Estate Association which is headquartered in a two-storey building at the adjoining parking lot since 2017. Its name is in reference to its location along Legazpi Street within the formerly gated Legazpi Village that was merged with the neighboring gated San Lorenzo Village to form Barangay San Lorenzo.

The Enterprise Center is an office skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines. It is owned and developed by KSA Realty Corporation, a joint venture between the Kuok Group (majority shareholder), ING, and A. Soriano Corporation (ANSCOR). The taller Tower I of the complex stands at 171.9 metres (564 feet) and is currently the 74th tallest building in the Philippines.

Greenbelt is a shopping mall located at Ayala Center, Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines, near Glorietta. It is owned by Ayala Malls, a real-estate subsidiary of Ayala Land, which is an affiliate of Ayala Corporation. It opened in 1988 and is one of the Ayala Corporation's flagship projects. The mall offers a mix of high-end retail shops, restaurants, amenities, leisure and entertainment. Currently, the mall has five sections: two enclosed areas, two buildings with open-air shopping areas, and Greenbelt 5, which was opened in 2007.

Ayala Avenue is a major thoroughfare in Makati, the Philippines. It is one of the busiest roads in Metro Manila, crossing through the heart of the Makati Central Business District. Because of the many businesses located along the avenue, Ayala Avenue is nicknamed the "Wall Street of the Philippines" and dubbed in the 1970s and 1980s as the "Madison Avenue of the Philippines".
