Paseo de Roxas is a prime commercial artery in the Makati Central Business District of Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a two- to six-lane avenue that cuts through the middle of the business district connecting San Lorenzo Village in the west to Bel-Air Village in the east. Starting at its western terminus at Antonio S. Arnaiz Avenue (Pasay Road), Paseo de Roxas crosses into Legaspi Village passing by the Greenbelt mall complex, the Asian Institute of Management, as well as several low to mid rise office and residential towers. As it passes by Salcedo Village east of Ayala Avenue, the buildings give way to high rises on the north side and the entire length of the Ayala Triangle Gardens on the south. Past the intersection with Makati Avenue, Paseo de Roxas skirts the northern side of Urdaneta Village. It then crosses Gil Puyat Avenue and Jupiter Street before entering the gated Bel-Air Village, where it ends at its intersection with Mercedes and Hydra Streets. The avenue was named after Ayala Corporation founder Domingo Róxas of the Zobel de Ayala family that owns the land. It was the site of the old Nielson Field airport where the avenue's section east of Ayala Avenue served as a runway along with Ayala Avenue. Paseo de Roxas also has short extensions into the gated San Lorenzo Village as Edades Street and in the gated Bel-Air Village as Hydra Street.

ACCeSs@AIM is AIM's first data science R&D consulting arm. It houses full-time research scientists and research engineers and hosts the fastest supercomputer in the Philippines, among the fastest in Southeast Asia. ACCeSs is envisaged to lead and advocate for the use of complex systems science, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and computational models to support innovation in industries, government agencies, and other sectors.

The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) is an international management school and research institution. It is one of the few business schools in Asia to be internationally accredited with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). It was established in partnership with Harvard Business School and uses the Harvard Business School case study teaching methodology. Prof Stephen H. Fuller of the Harvard Business School was its first president, to be succeeded by another professor from Harvard. It was described by Asiaweek magazine (a Time Inc. publication) as the best in the Asia-Pacific region in terms of executive education.

The Legazpi Active Park (sometimes spelled Legaspi) is a privately owned public space and pocket park in the Makati Central Business District in Makati, Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is located in Legazpi Village in the western side of the CBD, adjacent to Washington SyCip Park and near Greenbelt. The park, best known as the location of a weekend market known as the Legazpi Sunday Market, is maintained by the Makati Commercial Estate Association which is headquartered in a two-storey building at the adjoining parking lot since 2017. Its name is in reference to its location along Legazpi Street within the formerly gated Legazpi Village that was merged with the neighboring gated San Lorenzo Village to form Barangay San Lorenzo.

The Residences at Greenbelt – Manila Tower is a residential condominium skyscraper in Makati, Philippines. It is the third of three buildings constructed as part of The Residences at Greenbelt (TRAG) complex, and has a similar dimension to The Residences at Greenbelt - Laguna Tower. It is the second of three buildings being constructed as part of The Residences at Greenbelt (TRAG) complex, and is the highest of the three. It is the 11th-tallest building in the country and Metro Manila as well with a height of 204.5 metres from the ground to its architectural spire.The building has 57 floors above ground, which includes a 4-level podium with commercial establishments, and 3 basement levels for parking. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious residential building in the Philippines.

The Shang Grand Tower, also known as simply the Shang Tower, is a high-end residential condominium skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines. It was developed by Shang Properties, Inc. The 46-storey building was opened in 2006 and rises to 180 metres (630 feet) from the ground to its architectural top. It is currently the 10th-tallest complete building in Makati, and is the 19th-tallest building in the country and Metro Manila as well. The 250-unit condominium was the first self-funded residential condominium of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts’ Kuok Group in the country, and all units were sold-out as of 2006.

It is expected to be one of the tallest skyscraper in the Philippines with a height of 170.75 metres from the ground to its architectural top.The building has 48 floors above ground, which includes a 4-level podium with commercial establishments, and 3 basement levels for parking. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious residential building in the Philippines.

The Enterprise Center is an office skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines. It is owned and developed by KSA Realty Corporation, a joint venture between the Kuok Group (majority shareholder), ING, and A. Soriano Corporation (ANSCOR). The taller Tower I of the complex stands at 171.9 metres (564 feet) and is currently the 74th tallest building in the Philippines.

The Beacon – Amorsolo Tower is a planned residential condominium skyscraper in Makati, Philippines. It will be the last of three towers, and part of The Beacon complex. The Beacon is being developed by Geo Estate Estate Development Corporation in cooperation with New Pacific Resources Management, Inc. Groundbreaking for the project was on January 28, 2008, while actual construction works for Amorsolo Tower has not yet commenced.No official height is announced, but Amorsolo Tower will have the same dimensions as its twin, the 45-storey Roces Tower, which is already under construction.
